Friendliest Couple
Best Downtown Disney Hotel
All of the hotel staff made our stay perfect. We had the pleasure of getting to know many of the staff on a first name basis. Thanks to Helen, Manny, Drevis, John, Mulela, Imane, Miranda, Paul, and the rest of the hotel staff. The Downtown Disney Hotel Buses provide efficient transportation to all Disney theme Parks and to Downtown Disney. The 'A' bus route services the Hilton, Holiday Inn, Royal Palace, and DoubleTree Hotels. We received a GREAT packaged rate for the hotel and rental car that was $206 less than just the hotel room on the Holiday Inn website. We didn't mind paying $10.00/day for parking, after saving so much on the hotel. The rental car was great for traveling to/from the airport and the Universal theme parks. We would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Lake Buena Vista Downtown again. Thanks again to all of the hotel staff.

Plan your Orlando vacation during the first weeks of December. The crowds at the Disney and Universal theme parks are minimal at this time. There was always room on the Downtown Disney Hotel Buses. Most attractions had 5 minute or less wait times. Use the FREE Disney FASTPASS kiosks and the single-rider lines at both Disney and Universal theme parks for the attractions with 20+ minute wait times.

A place to return to.
I stayed here when I recently had a conference. The conference was at another huge hotel but returning to Holiday was a nice welcoming envirnoment. Staff were very engaging and quick to please. Envirnoment was exceptionally clean and the food was excellent and had a beautiful presentation. I would definitely return. : )

Great stay
Only here for 1 night. Only thing wrong was the bathroom outlets didn't work. Also,would be nice if they offered free breakfast. Convenient shuttle service to the park.

DISNEY WATER PARK TRIP
I LIVE IN SW FLORIDA AND COME TO ORLANDO TWO OR THREE TIMES A YEAR WITH GRANDKIDS FROM UP NORTH. WE USUALLY STAY IN THE LAKE BUENA VISTA AREA. THE HOLIDAY INN WAS CLOSE TO PERFECT. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. THIS WILL DEFINITELY BE MY HOTEL OF CHOICE FOR FUTURE OPLANDO TRIPS.
