Complimentary Wi-Fi service is now available in all Walt Disney World Resort hotels. Guests will now be able to access complimentary Wi-Fi in their rooms as well as in select common areas within the resort hotel, including restaurant locations, bus load zones, feature pools, arcades, convention spaces (if applicable) and the porte cochere.
Disney Hotel Resort guests also enjoy their Extra Magic Hours Benefit. On select days, Disney Resort hotel guests can enter a Disney Theme Park an hour early-and on select evenings, enjoy a Park up to two hours after regular closing time. That's when lines may be shorter and the weather can be more comfortable. Guests have time for a midday break or a dip in the pool. Then the gang will be ready to head back to the same Theme Park for more fun! Don't forget your Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper Option! No need to leave grounds
Pop Century is one of the "value resort hotels", meaning it's cheaper. But cheaper is more fun at this resort. Sure, it only has a food court instead of multiple sit-down restaurants, but the food court offers plenty of choice. And the architecture is out of this world! The hotel is themed after the pop culture of the decades the 50's-90's. The 50's section has giant statues of bowling pins. The 60's section has flowers all over, including a flower-shaped pool. The 70's section, which I stayed in, has giant 8-Tracks hiding stairways. The 80's section has silhouettes of breakdancers and puts you in a giant arcade game. The 90's section has a giant internet screen. I went for New Year's Eve only and didn't even feel the need to leave the hotel. I had pizza delivered to my room and saw the fireworks over the top of the neighboring building.

Great hotel for a good price
We knew we would only be sleeping at the hotel so it wasn't necessary to have anything fancy. The rooms were comfortable and a good size for two people. The staff is excellent and very friendly. There's a large cafeteria with many options and easy to maneuver so you can get in and out to start your day.

If you're just staying in Disney World, there's no need for a rental car. The park does an excellent job with transportation including free transport from/to the airport and all around the park.

Great Relaxing Getaway
This was a get getaway. Disney's transportion system made it easy to get from place to place without having to drive. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Everything was very clean. Pools were great.

great getaway spot
amazing visual resort. lots to see. kind of wished i got to stay a little longer to do some more stuff at the resort like the arcade. great price. would recommend to a friend.

Good place, especially fort the price
I chose this hotel as part of a package, and I'm glad I did. For the price and location, you can't beat it. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Save the car rental - if you stay in a Disney Hotsl, the bus transportation is more than adequate. I rented a car for a week - we actually used it only a few times. For everything Disny, Bus and Monorail took care of our needs

Return Disney Trip after 16 years!
Pop Century Resort brought back so many memories of our past. We enjoyed our four days visiting the Themed Parks. Great to know we had clean accomadatitions to return to when we returned late at night. Accomadating to our disabilities too was a plus!

just good!
we stayed 3 nights in prefered room. there is nice pool, nice staff! and we can take free bus to disney park, that is so convenient!

Family trip to Disney
Great location. Staff was great and made it easy to enjoy the parks. They offer some fun options for kids - like movie night out by the pool. The rooms are simple but just what you need for a family vacation. The pools are great. They have a toddler pool with fountains the kids loved playing in and they also offer comfortable life vests for little ones who can't swim on their own. We would defininately come back to visit. I would recommend a view of the pool if possible. The food court is a bit pricey but nice to have - they're open until 9 pm each night and there is a bar by the pool for grown ups! Great value and the kids first trip to Disney was a success!

Good hotel but needs improvement
I was working at a conference this past week and chose this hotel due to its value and proximity to the conference. I had a lot of luggage to carry and had to walk it over a considerable distance from the parking lot to my hotel (1970s building). The second issue was that the hotel did not have an elevator so I had to bring all my luggage to the 4th floor several times throughout my stay. It was a hassle. I would pay extra next time to make sure I can easily transport my luggage.
