The Walt Disney World Resort offers an innovative service called Disney's Magical Express with complimentary roundtrip airport shuttle from Orlando International Airport, luggage delivery and airline check in for Disney hotel guests*. Guests arriving at the airport after 10 p.m. should be advised to claim their luggage at the baggage claim and take it with them to the Disney's Magical Express motor coach to their resort. Luggage delivery service will be provided for Disney's Magical Express to Walt Disney World Resort for a resort stay who arrive on flights beginning at 5 a.m. until 10 p.m.

- Rooms are in close proximity to the feature pool and main building, which contains the food court. Features two double beds or one king-size bed, table and chairs, vanity area with sink and a bathroom. Amenities include in-room wall safe, voice mail and data port on phone, iron and ironing board. Hair dryer and portable crib available upon request, refrigerator at an additional charge.
Maximum occupancy - 4 people - Family Suite
- Located in the Calypso and Jazz buildings. Studio amenities and separate sleeping areas giving more privacy than a standard room. Queen bed, double sleeper sofa, single convertible sleeper chair, single convertible sleeper ottoman (sleeps 6+). Private master bedroom and family room have 27" flat CRT TV and high speed internet access. Two-full bathrooms, kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator and coffee pot.

Very good hotel.
We arrived at 2PM and the check in was 3PM. They were not able to give us a room, since they were not ready. They told me that they would text me just as soon as the room was available, but they never text me. When we got back from the park I had to go back to the front desk to get info about my room. This is not the first time we stayed at this hotel and they were always able to give us room before 3 PM. I guess they were too busy.

Good value for a good place.
You get what you pay for. A room here is half the price of other luxury Disney Resorts. But if you're going with a family and just need a place to sleep, shower and is convenient to the parks this is it. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It's got two giant pools - one the shape of a piano and the other like a guitar! All Star Music beats renting a hotel or motel outside the park that costs half the price. Consider the cost of a rental car, driving in and out of the park (30 mins) and paying for parking $13/day. It's a no brainer - pay a little extra for a lot of convenience and more time at the parks!

**BONUS - When you stay at any Disney Resort you get to stay at the park for an extra 3 hours after it closes to the public. Which means, short lines and lots of rides in 3 hours!** (That in itself is worth the extra money.)

Location, location, location
Room was somewhat dated, but very adequate, about like a ten year old chain room such as an older ***********. However, the location next to Disney World along with the superb transportation access makes it a worthwhile stay. Pools are very good. Food Court is austere, but food is good for the price. Overall an excellent choice if you're without a car, a very good one if you drive in.

Running Through Disney
Cheap and Cheerful, but some good perks
Stayed at the All Star Music Resort when I was down for the Disney Marathon. Got a fantastic nightly rate on line. The rooms and facilities are very average, but the rooms were clean, there was adequate space and lots of towels. The fact that the Disney Hotels provide free shuttles to and from the airport made booking the hotel worth it. It is a 40min drive to the airport and this would be a significant cost if paying for a cab each way. By staying on the Disney property, you also get free shuttles to all of the parks and to Disney Downtown - again a real savings. So, unless you are planning on spending a ton of time in your room, or at the hotel, this is a good way to save some money and have more to spend at the parks. If you are going down to Disney to run any of the races, there are free shuttles to the race site from all of the hotels. Getting to the race site by car is an absolute nightmare and very time consuming, so again - those free shuttles are worth it!! Really irked me that nowhere on the entire Disney property could you pick up any free wi-fi. They want you to purchase the $9.95 daily rate to get access through your hotel. This is ridiculous in this day and age when free wi fi is available virtually anywhere.

value disney resort
Decent value on the Disney property. Rooms are small, but clean. No refridgerator and the high speed internet is NOT free.

A Perfect Starting Point
Since i was involved in activities that started early and lasted late, this hotel was perfect as a home base. Easy travel. Well located. Comfortable, clean, convenient. The staff was superb. I would stay here again.

Room Could Have Been Cleaner
The bedspread was stained and had hairs on it. The room had an unpleasant smell. The staff was great, everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Great deal for Disney
This is a great value for $95 a night. Disney resorts provide all your transportation and the staff is very helpful. I would certainly stay at the all star resorts again.
