Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista

It was a good stay. It was clean, very nice hotel, beds and pillow were good. We went to Disney`s Parks, which are a few minutes from hotel, and Downtown Disney is also just 5 minutes away. I will be back for sure. Price was fantastic.

Stayed 2 nights and it exceeded our expectations. Grounds are beautifully maintained and the room was just like the picture. Super convenient having on-site options for meals, quick snacks, etc. Boardwalk Buffet had great breakfast bar at reasonable price, and nice Happy hour drink specials at Comfort Zone. Pool was clean, well-maintained. Only complaint was that housekeeping staff woke us up both mornings when it was still fairly early (8 or 9am) as they were trying to get into room to clean. Apparently the hotel doesn't use those "Do Not Disturb" or "Maid service requested" signs....housekeeping staff seemed clueless as to which guests were still checked in or who needed maid service.

The hotel was pretty good the only thing was bad was the office inside the hotel that it works like a travel agency because they gave us wrong information about the bus transportation to Miami, One of the persons that works over there ([...]) ask us for a downpayment of US$30,00 for bus resevation which she did not make it. For her fault we went to bus station at 06:30 in the morning but the bus was leaving at 09:20. We were very upset.

Room was average. Beds were GREAT! Close to shopping, eating and Disney. FREE breakfast was toast, cold cereal, juice and coffee.

I travelled with my adult daughters. As a matter of fact we were celebrating one of my daughter's 30th birthdays. The hotel room had the basics...nothing fancy...a place to sleep...beds weren't very comfortable, room not very clean, discoverd a very large black bug first night which was a major turnoff. We changed rooms which was an inconvenience. We've had much better accommodations elsewhere...very disappointing!!!!

this was a great location.it was convenient to all parks. the hotel was clean and the staff pleasant and helpful. we live in florida and would go back on our next visit to disney. the price was definitely right!!

We got off to a bad start when I arrived an hour early and they wouldn't let me check in early. I have never had this happen before. Door knob was broken - came off in my hand when I tried to get out. Left a note on the door - it was ignored the first night - finally fixed the second night. Stains on bedspreads and carpets. In room coffee maker, but they don't refill the coffee every night. They are also stingy with the soap. Two small bars not enough for 2 adults! Noisy - can clearly hear the conversations of guests passing the room. Very very low water pressure! There was no free breakfast ( as indicated above) when I was there - this must have just been added this week. The coffee shop is overpriced. Free shuttle stinks! They get you there but getting back is another matter. My daughters were left off at a different Clarion and were told by the driver that another shuttle would take them to "our" Clarion - this was a lie. We had to go get them! Beds way too soft for my liking. My advice - spend the extra money and stay in a better place! The only good thing I can say is that it is very close to Disney World!

The hotel rooms were very nice and very affordably priced. I would definitely stay here again!

This was the same hotel we have stayed at several times before. However, it is now a Clarion hotel which was good and bad. The room was very nice-it had been remodeled with tile and new furniture. However, there was no continental breakfast that we were told was included-as referenced by your remarks"FREE deluxe continental breakfast served each morning in the Boardwalk Buffet where guests can also upgrade to the full hot American buffet. All rooms have coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave.... There was no refrigerator or microwave in rooms either.

Had everything I needed including a refrigerator & Microwave all for a very low price.
