Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista

I really enjoy my stay, its a great hotel for the price, love the area as well.

1st round of stay was ok. 2nd time staying on way back home was not a good experience. Door to room broken, late on getting rollaway and went to take shower in morning but no shower curtain. No one from housekeeping around took over 1 hr to get it by then we had 1/2 our showers taken. They couldn't do anything to comp us for inconvenience because pd thru online deal. Offered breakfast but we had to get on road for air travel.

This hotel experience was the worst I've ever had in my life. I usually don't post reviews, but I feel compelled to spread the word of my experience with this hotel. When I arrived to the hotel, the person at the front desk said, "Hello, we're pleased to tell you we've upgraded your room to one of our sister properties." In other words, 'we've given your room to someone else without calling you to let you know, and now we are trying to give you the news while making it sound like we did you a favor." Apparently, they gave my room to someone else and didn't think it necessary to call and let me know. In addition, the hotel in which they gave me a room was at least 15 minutes away! I booked the room over 2 months in advance because my family was staying nearby. So much for being close by. I spoke to the manager however she was condescending and wouldn't offer an explanation. I'll never stay at this brand of hotel again, and I'll continue to try to post reviews because I feel that other people have a right to know what they are getting into.

In and out with ease. Great location right off rt. 4 and close to downtown Disney. Price is right.

Went with my husband for a weekend, and love every moment at the Clarion Inn. Very friendly staff, clean room, and very convenient location close to Disney.

First room, one of the beds had small ants nesting in it. In their defence, they moved us to another room with no ants. Check in time was 4 p.m. and not 3 p.m. as advertised. This was an inconvenience as we had to find a bar to hang out in for a few hours with luggage baking in the car. If you go to this hotel, BUY WATER !! The water in the room is terrible. Smells like sulphur. It was not milld but very strong. Did not feel clean after a shower Hotel bar did not open unitl 5 p.m.... this also was an inconvenience. did not attempt the restaurant

Very impressed with this hotel, especially for the price!

Hotel's condition was nice; staff needs a bit of training. We checked in at the very nice lobby and proceeded to the room. The room was clean but the TV did not work. Called the front desk who said maintenance would be sent to fix it. We waited about 20 minutes when someone came in the front door. He looked like a maintenance man, but soon began apologizing. He was checking room conditions and he was going to use the phone. He had not realized the room was occupied. We asked him if he was there to fix the TV and he said no, but he would call maintenance and make sure they were on their way. After 45 minutes we left for dinner. About 3 hours later we returned to find the TV still not working. Calling the front desk, they offered to send maintenance again. We asked for and received a new room. The new room was next door and not in bad shape except for the tub which first looked like someone had used it as toilet or to dump their water pipe water in. I had to reach in and open the drain and rinse the black crusty residue down the tub. Due to a mechanical problem with our car, the next morning we ate the breakfast buffet while waiting for our rental car company to pick us up. It was far worse than most of the free buffets you find with the food being either cold or tasteless. A complete waste of $10/person. The beds were good but not great. The TV's were new flat screens which were great when they worked. Rooms had great coffee makers, irons, refrigerators and a microwave. In summary, I would stay there again as the location is great for the outlet malls and Universal, but would never eat there again.

Had a great experience. The hotel is located within minutes from Disney, and they offer complementary shuttle service. Also, the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
