Convention
I went to the Beuna Vista Palace for a convention in February. It is a beautiful hotel, wonderful convention center and great staff! I wish I had more time to relax by their pool!

Our family ate at the Outback restaurant. We had the lobster, salmon, and prime rib. The prime rib and salmon was OK, over priced but considering this is close to tourist strips. My lobster did not have the claws and the head was some what questionable for a whopping $42. You should have a much better experience at the Crab House.

Good family getaway!
The hotel is literally across the street from Downtown Disney!!The shuttle service was great when we used it, occasionally slow but we were there during Christmas so delays due to numbers were expected. The breakfast buffet was pricey but very good-especially the kids eat free part. The kids loved the character breakfast. The staff was helpful with planning outings (which parks to do at what times). I cant wait to stay at the resort again during warmer months to take advantage of the pool activities.

Not Worth It
Extra $16.95 resort fee when you get there is a joke. Go somewhere without one. Checked in to our room at 11 pm Saturday night and by 8:30 am Sunday morning housekeeping was already knocking on our door to clean it! They attempted to key into the room, but luckily we had the deadbolt turned. Then they tried again at 9:30 when checkout is not til 11! There are plenty more hotels nearby that I would stay in over this one (and will next time!)

More than you could ask for.
The value for this hotel was amazing. Great room, great food, great rates. In fact, the only negative thing I could possibly say is that the parking situation leaves a lot to be desired. I plan to stay here every visit going forward. Amazing place.

Quick stay
While the hotel looks very nice upon first arrival we did have an unpleasant experience. Our room was not clean! The bathroom had hair on the floor, stains down the wall, and fingerprints all over the door. We complained when we arrived and were assured it would be cleaned for us. When we returned at 11 pm it was in the same condition. They did finally send someone to clean it but that was after our second complaint and 8 hours later. The hotel is showing some wear but the location is ideal, the price was right and these two were our main reasons for choosing it. Nonetheless a clean room should be a given!

Nicest hotel I've ever stayed in
Very clean, comfortable and accommodating. Arrived shortly after check-in time and was greeted by the valet manager who kindly advised us where to leave our vehicle to check in. Once we walked in the front door my wife couldn't stop admiring the luxurious ambiance of the hotel. We then walked up to the front desk and the nice young girl who checked us in gave us a free upgraded room with a big smile on her face. So we get to our room (21st floor, Rm-2125) and immediately were impressed with the general luxury feel of the hotel. We then went to the balcony and opened the sliding door... MAN, WHAT A VIEW! If it weren't such a hot summer day, we could've stayed out there for hours. After we got settled in, we got changed and headed outside to the pool. There are 2 different pools to choose from in this complex and one was crowded... the other, not so much. There is a nice pool bar in the middle of the 2 pools. We each got a drink and the bartender made them well ($11 each). After that, we decided to try the Outback Restaurant, which is attached to the hotel... not to be confused with Outback Steakhouse. Very impressed with the quality of food and service. Not to mention the quality of the decorations and look of the restaurant. When the day was over, we went back to our room for a good night's sleep. I swear the bed was so comfortable it felt like I slept on a cloud. All in all, it was the best value in a hotel I've ever had... at just over $100 a night.
