The Best Western Lake Buena Vista proudly displays beautifully decorated guest rooms, fully appointed to meet the needs of today's travelers. All guest rooms offer a complete range of amenities, wireless internet,private balcony, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and full-size ironing board, 37" LG LCD Flat Screen TV's as well as new digital alarm clocks with MP3 connection, Pay Per View movies, an in-room safe, and coffee/tea makes with complimentary coffee.
This full service resort offers a number of unique and convenient services, such as continuous, complimentary transportation to all of the Disney Theme Parks, Disney Gift Shop onsite for Disney tickets and memorabilia an outdoor heated pool, an electronic game room, fitness room, Trader's-a delightful onsite restaurant, Pizza Hut Express and The Parakeet Internet Cafe' located in the lobby.
**Resort Fee of $9.99 + tax per night is payable by guest upon check-in. Resort fee includes in-room safe, unlimited local phone calls, daily newspaper and full use of all resort amenities.

definitely NOT disney. RUDE RUDE RUDE!
went to disney for a spur of the moment trip for my 45th birthday. the hotel staff were not helppful for anything. when called for room service, no answer the first time and then rude people when we had questions. in room internet did not work one night and the answer that [...] at the front desk gave us was, everybody els's works just fine. no one at the front desk when we left and needed to call a cab, nor bell service. this hotel is convenient to disney but if service is something you value, choose elsewhere.

Very Dirty
Our room wasn't very cleaned. On the floor was some waste and our pillows were full with hairs of others. Very disgusting.

Good Spot
First impression was nice, but the front desk clerk didn't clearly explain how to get to the room (thru the elevators), we had to ask twice and no map was provided. The interiors were great, except for a area of wetness and mold on our ceiling in the room. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. Being able to get Pizza Hut was a plus and the bar was nice. The pool was decent as well. Overall a good stay, but could have been better. We were staying for the location, a concert at House of Blues.

"The good, the bad, and the really ugly"
Spent the 4th of July weekend with an old college friend for a girls weekend...room was very small, bathroom was very outdated with the sink in the shower/toilet area...I've never seen this type of footprint for hotel bathrooms and I've seen my share of average to high end hotels. Parking after a night out was horrific...no spots available leaving the valet parking as the only option. Hotel staff would not permit free parking in the valet section even though they could not accommodate all of their guests who preferred general parking over valet..for the price of the hotel per night, very poor. I've stayed in cheaper hotels with better room presentation and plentiful parking in the same general location of Disneyworld. One positive is that the room had a balcony...being on the 9th floor was a treat with fireworks lighting up the sky no matter which direction we looked.

Close to everything
The stay was comfortable although I wasn't thrilled with the extra fee for parking, wi-fi, etc. that I was charged upon arrival. There was an outdoor pool and close to dining choices and the Disney parks.

Perfect place if your looking for a room
Perfect place if your looking for a room on Disney property and don't want to drive to the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. 3rd year staying here and we will be back!

Good location, very close to downtown disney and no more than 15 minutes from the disney parks. The room was very spacious but had no mini refridgerator which was a negative and also the pool needs to be updated, for being located in Florida, not a very impressive pool.

Nice Place to Stay
My sister and I stayed here for a short weekend getaway. The front desk staff was super friendly and even gave us free room upgrade. The room they upgraded us to had a great view of the Disney Fireworks. I have stayed at this hotel a few times before and always been very happy. It is just a short walk from Downtown Disney which makes it fun and convenient.
