The Best Western Lake Buena Vista proudly displays beautifully decorated guest rooms, fully appointed to meet the needs of today's travelers. All guest rooms offer a complete range of amenities, wireless internet,private balcony, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and full-size ironing board, 37" LG LCD Flat Screen TV's as well as new digital alarm clocks with MP3 connection, Pay Per View movies, an in-room safe, and coffee/tea makes with complimentary coffee.
This full service resort offers a number of unique and convenient services, such as continuous, complimentary transportation to all of the Disney Theme Parks, Disney Gift Shop onsite for Disney tickets and memorabilia an outdoor heated pool, an electronic game room, fitness room, Trader's-a delightful onsite restaurant, Pizza Hut Express and The Parakeet Internet Cafe' located in the lobby.
**Resort Fee of $9.99 + tax per night is payable by guest upon check-in. Resort fee includes in-room safe, unlimited local phone calls, daily newspaper and full use of all resort amenities.
Valet parking is also available for $10 overnight.

Nice enough, but showing its age
Can't beat the location for Lake Buena Vista and Downtown Disney, with options for transport to the parks. But this high-rise hotel needs some updating and TLC to bring it up to the level of competing hotels on and off the Disney property.

This hotel had a great location close to Downtown Disney and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One thing that was disappointing was that the hotel did not have a hot tub. The hotel either should have made it known that they did not have one or they should get one! Also, the staff at check in did not help us with our request of a Disney view room. They said they did not have any. However, our friends checked in just a little while later and they received a Disney view room, so I wish they would have been a little more willing to cooperate.

Good hotel for the price, great location. was not informed in advance pool would be closed for repairs. Housekeeping could have done a better job. Would stay again

We only stayed for one night after going to Mickeys Very Merry Christmas. The room was nice size, beds comfortable. The view of the lake was excellent and wished we had stayed more than the one night to enjoy more. The only thing I found wrong was a wade of hair on the side of the bed.

Room was clean, location was perfect. Staff was very helpful, and housekeeping was over and above. We ask for an extra pillow at 1:30am and had it in less than 10 min! If you are looking for a 5 star hotel for a 3 star price, then don't go here. But if you are looking for a 3 star price at a 4 star hotel, this is your place.

Great Location; Average Hotel
This hotel was nicely located near all the Disney Parks. The rooms were nice but the bathrooms need updating. One of the beds was somewhat caved in the middle. We ate breakfast downstairs at the buffet which was not worth the $11.99 price that was charged.

Perfect place if your looking for a room
Perfect place if your looking for a room on Disney property and don't want to drive to the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. 3rd year staying here and we will be back!
