Worst staff I have ever ever seen.. Room was not ready until after seven pm. Lobby full of people waiting, so called manager Lisa, after she was told she was being rude to people, said it was "my opinion". Dogs barking in rooms. Room service knocked at 830 am although do not disturb sign was outside room hanging. Check out..... Nightmare continues. Computer had us checked in in the wrong room so billing was wrong. Took about an hour and a half for check out as no one seemed to know how they were going to charge me. Had to show reservation email several times to prove that the amount that they wanted to charge me was wrongt. Avoid yourself a nightmare and book elsewhere. Plenty of places to stay in Orlando.

I came to check in at 7:00 pm after a long day at the parks to find out that the rooms were not ready yet despite their four o'clock check in time. The lobby was filled with angry customers waiting. Their so-called manager Lisa extremely rudely told me to just sit and wait that she was not sure when the rooms would be ready. When I told her she was talking to me rudely she told me "that is your opinion". I am a very down to earth person and extremely understandable but she was as rude as they come. The rooms smelled really musty I guess since housekeepers at this hotel are ilimited. Do yourself a HUGE favor and seek to stay elsewhere. Horrible experience!

Shuttle service to the theme parks only run once a day and one of them drops you off 1 hour and 40 minutes before the park opens. Another shuttle doesn't leave for Epcot until it's been open for a couple of hours. The restaurant inside the hotel had extremely slow service and the food was average for a "resort" hotel. There are several restaurants nearby to dine at. The maintenance on the building appears to be in decline with our bathroom in need of new caulking and paint on the room ceiling.

I was expecting more comfort inside the room, I found ony the sleep number mattress as the excellent thing. I met few staff and they were great.

The hotel was nice,the only problem i had was that the room they originally assigned us to was occupied by someone else when we opened the door. This problem was quickly fixed by the desk giving us a new room. It just worries me that they could have easily gave our room key to someone else and we may have had them walking in on us or possibly robbing us. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly. We really did not use any of the amenities of the hotel so I cant say anything about that. I felt the value was good and I would definitely go back!!

Typical family going to Disney for a few days. Location was great, check-in was fine and uneventful, and the room was clean. The bathroom was a little shabby and paint was falling off the walls and trim. There was no fan vents in the bathroom, so there was no place for the moisture to go. The worst part was the shower itself. The hot water had a mind of its own, and the temperature would swing wildly from luke warm to scalding hot in seconds. At one time or another we were all scalded by the shower, probably should have requested a new room, but .......3 kids + disney = exhaustion

Although the fitness center wasn't much and the pool was average, I have no real complaints about the hotel. Overall it was a good stay!

Went to Waffle House and Typhoon Lagoon

The hotel was not as conveniently located as they claimed. It was very difficult to find and the location was set back and in a spot that made me feel very uncomfortable about being there. When I checked in the "express checkin" was anything but that. They then told me that I would have to give my credit card for "incidentals" and that if I didn't use anything like room service, as an example then my credit card would not be charged....I used NOTHING and my credit card was charged!!!!!!! They do not have enough staff there and I will NEVER stay there again!!!!!! Enough said.

The location was good for Disney, if that is your interest. That was the only good part of the stay. We chose the property as we were attending a conference there. On the second day the one and only desk chair was removed without explanation. On checkout day the leaf blower were busy before 8a. Then the staff knocked at 830a and then immediately walked in to our room to see if we had left yet. This was WITH the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Luckily we had the slide lock on or it could have been very unfortunate.
