Westgate Vacation Villas provide a home away from home just a mile from Walt Disney World. Settle into comfy rooms and suites, many with patios or balconies bathed in Florida sunshine. The resort is a destination all its own, with 13 pools, a fishing lake, sports courts and a packed schedule of activities. Dine at one of three resort restaurants. When it's time for a visit with Mickey and Minnie, Westgate Vacation Villas provides free scheduled transportation to Disney World, as well as Universal Orlando, SeaWorld and Premium Outlets Orlando.

Fantastic
We were very surprised at the size of the room and what we got for our money. This was our first time staying in a villa; with two children 9 and 12. This is the only way too do a family vacation. Check-in was a little caotic, but everything else made up for that. We do not recommend the breakfast buffet at the resort. Lots of other places to eat very close to the property. Overall great room we will definatly be back!!

Short drive from hotel
Most traffic from tne Hotel turns East on 192. If you go left on 192 and then Rt at first light onto Sherbreath follow the rd to Oseola Pkwy on Disney property, This will eliminate a tremendous amount of traffic and still get you to I4 quickly or anywhere else you need to go.

Nothing like the picture!!!
ok I looked at the website and thought that this would have been a great resort for me and my family.... Well talk about a nightmare!!!! First, it looks nothing like the pictures. Second, the furniture was all cut up! Third, if I upgraded to the room that I though I was getting, it would have cost me the cost of a condo! Because it was a time share! Go figure.... Buyers beware!!!!!!!

Westgate Resorts are an excellent option, always!
The room was cozy and comfortable. Clean kitchen and bathrooms. The only issue we had was that it smelled like humidity or something stale coming from the Air Conditioning vents. Overall it was a great price and great resort to stay with family and friends.

Timeshare Presentation
Overall a great place. One staff member was very rude in trying to talk us into a 90 minute preview of the resort timeshare opportunity. After several minutes of bantor we told him we are done just stamp the paperwork for our deposit return. The process was terrible. Need to work on that.

What a disappointment
Advertised as a hotel but really a timeshare. Get prepared to clean you own room. Best thing about trip was leaving.

This Hotel Is A Disaster!
We went to Orlando to visit the Disney parks. The hotel is located very close to the properties which is convenient. Unfortunately, we experienced a variety of issues with the hotel. The carpet was filthy. We had an ant infestation. The only outlet in the combined master bed/bath did not work. We had water pour out of one of our light fixtures from the unit above it. At one point a large group of guests were very rowdy and loud for several hours. The hotel staff addressed most of our problems quickly. Our carpet was cleaned. The ants were dealt with. The leak was fixed. The outlet never did get fixed and I had to call security three times before they quieted the noisy guests. Even though most of the problems were taken care of, it was not a relaxing experience to have carpet cleaners, an exterminator, a building engineer and a handyman in our villa. We do not recommend this hotel and will not be returning. We were very disappointed.

Fantastic Getaway
the villa was wonderful. close to Disney and not far from the other parks as well. Basically,when the day was done it was like coming home.

Orlando first time
The truth
The hotel assigned us an ugly but very ugly room. After a couple of days there we could not stand that room. So, we asked for our money back but they gave us an other room much better. This room was big, clean, and beautiful. We spend the rest of our stay very confortable. On the other hand, the hotel charge for everything. From amenities to wi-fi ($9.99/day).
