Westgate Town Center

Great hotel for the price. Unfortunately, they really push the time shares there.

I arrived at the hotel, late at night. I turned down the bedding and discovered that the bed linens had not been changed... there was blood and miscellaneous debris between the sheets. I was offered a new room, but I was tired and had already unpacked, so I asked for fresh sheets. I had to wait 2 hours for a staff person to bring new sheets. Then I was informed that housekeeping was closed and I would have to change the sheets myself. I insisted that the hotel staff change the sheets and remove all the bedding, including the blanket, bedspread and pillows from the room. I always travel with my own sheets and pillows, so I preferred to use my own. Otherwise the hotel suite was nice.

Never had wings. Mini Market with Deli...over priced big time Playground...kids of staff Game Room N/A Exercise Facility N/A Basketball Court 56 female...no use...but did not see any Volleyball Court....didn't see it Tennis Courts didn't see them Miniature Golf Course -Mini is the key word here Shuffleboard ??????????????? Horseshoes????????????? Bicycle Rentals expensive and old bikes Disney Movie Theater....never saw it! Location...plan to spend lots on Taxis if yu have no car !

Great room, everything you need right on premisis, from sports bar and grill for adults and a seperate video game room for kids. Also they have a convenice store and deli on site plus a seperate pizza and calzone resteraunt that delevers to your room. 14 heated pools, tennis courts, mini golf all at the hotel, would defintly stay here again!!

I travel to Orlando 1 to two times a month for the weekend, and for the money, Westgate is consistently the best value for the money when the price is under $100.00. I have stayed there over 30 times in the past 3 years. The rooms are always clean and the amenities are great for kids. The biggest negative is that on many occassions they will give me a room that is substandard to the one I have booked. Not all of the rooms have king size beds, and if you are shown to a room with less than a king, it typically means you are getting less square footage, smaller kitchen and master bath. Also the fold out couches are extremey uncomfortable

Hotel is pretty nice but the staff not to friendly

This is the second time to this property. It was a nice as the first. The staff works hard to please you. i highly recommend this great location facility.

This place was soooooooooooooo nice it booked it again for next week!

Everything was great but the breakfast

On the weekend of 7/8/11 to 7/10/11 I took my 15 year old daughter and her 18 year old cousin that was visiting from Poland to Universal Studios and we stayed at the Westgate Town Center and were pleasantly surprised. I had read horrer stories of problems checking in, but even at a very busy time, [...] had no problem checking us in. Well done!! Also, I had problems with the electronic door lock, and our guide attempted to fix it. When he couldn't, he immediatly called someone and a very short time later, two security guards responded and also tried to fix it or re program the keys. They were both extremely efficient and in short order they had it solved. I didn't catch their names, but the more mature man had a nametag that hailed from New Jersey, I think. Kudos to both these gentlemen. One comment, though, is maybe a second shuttle could be added to ease some of the transportation to the theme parks. All in all, a great time was had by all. Keep up the great work!!!
