Bad service
It took 5 people to talk to and close to an hour just to get a coffee pot in the room that worked.

Worst hotel in Disney area
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff lost my reservation, they didn't give me the room I reserved, no room cleaning was available to us, the staff was unhelpful, rude, and we will not be staying there again. Their Internet was never working, the staff had no clue where to go to get internet. Their main resort staff were rude & they had no Internet service. This trip was for business. I highly recommend orbitz not offer this hotel to their customers.

Not what we expected... (Period)!
Hotel was dirty when we arrived. We were not informed that the housekeeping was upon arrival but the did not clean our room until our 3 day (after holiday). Toilets were gross...

Most definetely needs room for improvement
Personal experience was not very pleasant for a representative of westgate continually called and came knocking on our studio door for us to attend a mandatory meetting (so she said) we where very bothered by her insistant attitude. We told her we paid to be there and we would appreciate if she not bother us any more.........., Will you please tell us if this is one of the requirements for staying at westgate. Westgate never once cleaned the room or changed the sheets no clean towels. We are very dissapointed for we stayed at westgate lakes and it was a very good experience we suggest you not recommend westlakes towers to anyone travelers beware................ We can give you8 the reps name if needed just contact us. . nerva and antonio

You get less than what you pay for!
The hot tub is in the main room next to the beds. This would be fine if you are with a significant other, however if you opted for 2 beds, chances are you have kids with you. This makes a hot tub a no go. So lets move to the shower, which is also in this cramped studio. Yes, that's a fail too because the material that prevent your kids from seeing you in the shower was rubbed off. Combine this with the cramped quarters, and the bed being so close to the blinds, you can't open them, and it makes being in the room miserable.

The real truth
I would not recommend the effeceny room. we had trouble with the lights. Also, the shower door was very hard to open because of the small bathroom. If you like privacy in the shower this room is not for you, there is clear glass and wrap around mirrors in the shower. The shower is not in a seperate area.

look somewhere else!!!
The very first night I checked in the a/c was broken and the t.v. had no remote. When I called the desk for assistant they gave us a remote that needed to be programmed and said I would have to wait til the next day before someone would take care of that. When we mentioned the a/c they were also unable help us and told us we had to wait until the following day. The rooms don't have any phone books and the front also doesn't have any when we asked to see one. I have never been at a hotel that made you wait to have basic amenities fixed and didn't supply a phone book or bible. This hotel I definitely would not recommend!!

Hotel Stay
The hotel was nice and had nice pools. Also, the check-in was very easy and the staff very organized. I thought that the beds were a little small, especially if you are tall. Also the mirrors in the room were a little much, they covered almost all the walls. Otherwise great place to stay for a few night!
