Misleading photos but great location
Very friendly, helpful, and informing staff! Our room was not as beautifully pictured on the website. Pool was nice. Very comfortable bed. You have to ask for room supplies and housekeeping.

Convenient to Walt Disney World
A newer empployee gave us misinformation when we called the day prior to arrival, but the manager of the hotel and general manager of the resort complex were extremely helpful in correcting the situations to our complete satisfaction. One bad thing: NO ice machines (some rooms had small refrigerators with small icemakers.)

Good service, nice and happy people.
The Hotel has a very good service, I just miss breakfast, but we have a wonderful kitchen. Very convenient, close to parks and have a good discount. We have a great time. I'll recommend to friends and family.
