As you enter the lush manicured grounds, the palm trees lined streets, the serene pastel colored community, you are suddenly immersed into a place of quiet calm. A quaint village of cottages with its picket fences, pathways and arches linking one cluster of villas to the next, has a warm neighborly feel while exploding with old-world charm. Reservations of less than 5 nights are subject to a one time cleaning fee, to be collected at the time of booking: 3 bedrooms USD 95, 4 bedrooms USD 105. Accidental Property Damage Waiver- USD 45 per stay to be collected directly from guest upon arrival for any accidental damage up to the value of USD 700 per stay. A refundable security deposit of USD 250 in cash or credit card is required upon arrival. A USD 25.00 processing fee will be assessed for any payments made via wire transfer. Check in is at 4 PM. Check out is at 10 AM. All house keys must be returned to the office. They cannot under any circumstances be left inside the home.
