Nothing Special

We only stayed here because it was within our budget. It was nothing special by any means but I've stayed in a lot worse places. The lady at the front desk neglected to tell us that in the back of the motel there is a Resort owned by the same owners that we were able to use with 2 nice pools and hot tub along with a poolside bar and grill a lil tikki hut but it was nice! Also at the resort they offer a $6 Breakfast buffet that was well worth the $6. So all in all the use of the resort amenities and their breakfast buffet made this place worth while. Besides when you spend all day outside of the motel what does it matter!

Longest Checking ever

It took us over one hour to get our room, the confirmation was received by a fax at another property. The clerk there had to enter it into the system before we can get registered. We were let in the room by the front desk clerk since the keys had to be picked up about 3 blocks away at a different property. All rooms here are the same. One king size bed and a sofa sleeper. The room had not been Vacuumed after a very filthy quest had stayed there. We were moved to a second room, when used the toilet and flushed water came out from between the toilet and the floor, Waited for another hour for maintenance to see the problem and reported told the front desk we had to be moved again. Our front desk person was very nice and even went out of his ways to get us settled, never lost his cool with all the things happening at once. Other guests we having other problems like key not opening the door, TV and AC not working or so I heard. The other property is a resort and all the amenities can be used by staying at the Inn, I heard from other guest they had good amenities there, I did not check them myself.

Just an OK Stay

We requested a smoking room, didn't get it. We requested internet, was told, internet and Wifi in the the rooms, didn't have it. Was offered an upgrade to the Resort for an additional $25 a night, was told wifi in internet cafe, by the pool and in the office only, no internet in the rooms.Overall, the stay was OK, but will not book them again.

Nice for economy sleeping

Nice for staying close of the parks at a very, very low price. Plenty room space, adjacent to the Oak Resort to which you have access, particularly to the pool (open until late, 1am), free internet around the pool. Old furniture, a smell of humidity around the room. Would stay again just for the price, if just looking for a place to sleep close to the parks (its not close to universal and the outlets)

Business Trip

Stayed on a buy two nights get one free. Room was neat and comfortable, not luxurious but a great value and close to where I needed to be. Closer to Old Kissimmee than to the parks.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE

This has to be the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Staff is NOT PROFESSIONAL. Rooms and beds are not up to par. My check in time was 3pm. I arrived at 3:15pm and my room and bed was still not prepared as I had to wait for room service to clean up.....WHAT???? The ice machine was filthy. There are people who actually lives there versus only visitors which made me feel a little uncomfortable. It was a HORRIBLE experience.

Disney Vacation

Before booking this hotel i had read some of the reviews and even though some were not good i decided to stay here since it was only $30.00 a night and we stayed about a week. The room was better than i expected, it had fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, it comes with an area to sit and a sofa, the tv also had some cable channels like disney that helps with small kids. Its located on 192 the road and you have so many things close to it such as stores and restaurants. The hotel also gives you acces to there resort amenities and free breakfast. In my opinion it cannot get any better than that for the price, I would stay here any time Im going to orlando.

decent room, great price

When my family and I arrived at the hotel, the person at the front desk did everything in his power to accomodate us. Even though check in was at 3 pm, we were able to check in at 10 am. This was a plus for me since I drove 7 hours to arrive at the hotel. The only issue I had the 4 days of our stay was the fact that I never saw housekeeping. Overall, we had a great stay and the staff was very friendly and accomodating.
