The Property Protection Plan is $50 on time non- refundable and covers the following:
Property Protection Plan - At a cost of $50 to relieve you of the cost for all unintentional and incidental damage to the property and its contents up to $500. This Property Protection Plan does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, excessive cleaning, and unintentional/incidental damage over amount of coverage purchased or any damage. You must have a valid credit card on file. The guest hereby authorizes Starmark Vacation Homes to charge guest credit card for any intentional damage, theft, excessive cleaning charges, unintentional and incidental damage over amount of coverage purchased.
Guests staying 5 nights or less will be charged for a cleaning fee. The fee varies by unit size. Price ranges from $70 - $105 plus tax per stay.

We had fun and not too far from Disney
We were late getting in, so our contact person gave us the code key, and we drove in and opened the door without a problem when we arrived. There was an alarm at the home,and evidently the power had gone out prior to us arriving and the home alarm had to be reset for the proper time. Every 20 minutes the alarm would beep, so we called management and they corrected the problem for us by sending out a maintenance guy within 20 minutes. The value was great and the property was only about ten minutes from Disney. A little too far from Universal, but well worth the value. I would definitely recommend this property again and will stay with this company in the future.

I was very pleased
I was cautiously optimistic because it seemed like a rather good value for what I supposedly was going to get. It turns out to be as good as I had hoped. The 4 bedroom 3 bath house we were in was in a nice neighborhood and the house was very attractive with plenty of space. It makes me wonder why anyone stays in a more expensive, cramped hotel or Disney property as I have done before. My wife wanted to stay on Disney property, but I wanted the space and she and I were both very pleased.

Trip Review
It was a great experience. We enjoyed every bit of it. My family and I were very happy with the cleanliness of the place. They also make sure you have enough of towels and everything else for your trip to make you feel at home.

Orlando Trip
Good price, Service Could Be Better
25 mins from Disney World. Roomy house but need more pots, pants, and cooking utentils. Had a difficult time contacting property management for check in info, I had to call them several times. Then staff was not very pleasant. To top it off, they scheduled for painting while we were there so we had to stay with the handy man.

Home was nice. 12 inch tvs in the bedrooms are too small. Beds were hard. didn't supply toliet paper of paper towel. I would use them again.

Aucun service !
- Code d'entrée dans la résidence erroné , personne n'était joignable sur place (en raison de l'heure d'arrivée tardive). Nous avons donc du trouver un hôtel pour passer la 1ère nuit (après un voyage de 16 heures ! ) - piscine de la résidence fermée la deuxième semaine (en pleine période estivale) avec pour toute explication une pancarte "biohazard"(!!!) sur la porte d'accès à la piscine (dont par ailleurs le code d'accès ne nous avait pas été communiqué au moment de notre arrivée) - ce que nous reprochons surtout ce sont les photos figurant sur le site internet qui font penser que les maisons disposent toutes d'une piscine individuelle, ce qui n'est pas le cas. Sinon comme points positifs : la situation géographique de la maison, et les équipements intérieurs (électro-ménager et ameublement)
