We offer homes in a variety of areas to include but not limited to Celebration, Kissimmee, Davenport and Orlando. Experience the best of Orlando, with none of the hassles. Fully furnished homes with kitchens and private pools, near all of Orlando's world-famous theme parks. Easy come, easy go with plenty of space. Self-catering homes and you'll have it all: Full kitchen, private pool (heating available), 3 to 5 bedrooms, cable TV, free WIFI (in selected homes) , game rooms (in select homes). Homes are individually decorated and feature modern styling and up to date interior decor.
The Property Protection Plan is $50 on time non- refundable and covers the following:
Property Protection Plan - At a cost of $50 to relieve you of the cost for all unintentional and incidental damage to the property and its contents up to $500. This Property Protection Plan does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, excessive cleaning, and unintentional/incidental damage over amount of coverage purchased or any damage. You must have a valid credit card on file. The guest hereby authorizes Starmark Vacation Homes to charge guest credit card for any intentional damage, theft, excessive cleaning charges, unintentional and incidental damage over amount of coverage purchased.

All properties contain comfortable living rooms, Full Kitchen Amenities, all Linens and Towels, a Washer/Dryer and Iron/Ironing Board, TVs and DVDs, and free parking.

MY FAMILY AND I DECIDED TO STAY IN A VACATION HOME RATHER THAN A HOTEL AND I'M SO GLAD WE WE MADE THAT CHOICE. IT WAS IN A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD..VERY SPACIOUS AND THE KIDS LOVED THE POOL...PERFECT FAMILY GETAWAY

Best family getaway
The house was in perfect location to all the resorts/restaurants. Swimming pool was a plus the kids loved it. House was very spacious and very clean. Will definitely rent again next time in Orlando area.

I loved the home that I stayed in. The staff on the other hand was rude and not efficient in their job. The first day I arrived I had no information about where I was staying. after a representative got a hold of the staff at Staff mark the person acted like it was my fault that the check-in was not complete. I called during the time the staff mark crew was to be there and I got answering service telling me to leave a message, which I did 3 times. I even talked to a person m=named Deon and she said she was driving and pulled over to take my information and that she would call me back. I finally got Ivey and she sent me to a home that was bigger than the one I had requested and that was fine but the attitude of sucked. I would like to stay in a staff mark home again but not with all the problems.

Exieded all expectations !!!
We stayed in Davenport . The house was spotless,beautiful and just 15-20 min. away from Disney parks.It had everything our family needed for the week, dishwasher, washer and dryer etc... . Very pleased. Would definitely recommend it. Thank you very much "starmark homes." :)
