nice hotel
nice hotel for the money good location, drinks at the bar were pretty pricey but breakfast was good, the TV in the room suck and there are no coffee maker in the room which was disappointing , but overall satisfied

Boston Lobster Feast is AWFULE at $40.00 a person the food is disgusting fake potatoes and the restaurant is dirty !!!!!! don't waste your money

Rooms are really BAD smell bad the bathroom is nasty and there is no room service!! The pools are the only good thing of the hotel

Quick weekend trip
Very low class. The room didn't have facial tissue, nor pen or pad to use. No sheets for pull out sofa. The continental breakfast was pathetic. No meats, no fruits, you receive one bowl and one plate. No waffles or pancakes-just really pathetic.

Great family getaway
We enjoyed the hotel property with 2 pools and hot tubs to choose from. This hotel met our needs for a good Disney World vacation. However, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned and for clean towels at least 4 times. After we had to change rooms due to a plumbing issue, we had to bag for service. Good hotel, good price, poor service.

Not what I expected
At check in, I was informed that we would actually be at a country inns and suites on site. The room that they show online is much nicer than the room that we were actually in. We asked for 3 days for a fitted sheet before we finally got one. The housekeepers for our floor were actually from another hotel, so it was very difficult to get things that we needed. On the last day there, I pulled the sheet off of the bed and noticed a huge, blood like stain on the mattress! If I would have seen this on the first day there, I would have ran to another hotel!!!

Do not buy tickets to attractions at the gate. We actually saved a lot of $$ by purchasing some of our tickets at a counter inside a local Walmart.

Disgruntled Grandma
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
The price was great but that does not make up for other inconveniences. Unless you rent a car, the taxi ride one way to/from the airport was $65. Also, the shuttle service is only offered 2 times in the morning to the parks and only 2 times in the evening back from the parks and this hotel is the first pickup and the last drop off so you can spend anywhere up to an hour on the shuttle if going to seaworld or universal. I had booked the Trolly bus that was offered to shop on International Drive on the websight without researching the Hotel location and discoverd that I had a 6-7 mile walk or a $20 one way taxi ride to get to one of the checkin places. i never got to use my passes so iI am out that money also. Breakfast was ok but very poorly organized setup. Grandchildren loved the pools even though one of the waterslides was closed. and minigolf

Nice to go with small children
Staff was very helpful when you asked for something, however my room was getting cleaned everyday around 330. I am use to rooms getting cleaned in the morning.
