Free shuttle to Walt Disney World and nightly movies
The Seralago Hotel & Suites Maingate East hotel appeals to families on a budget. Christmas Disney Trip
We went there on 19th Dec. and left on 25th. The room we stayed had Internet connection problem. We couldn't access wi-fi for 6 days.

Awesome weekend getaway
Stayed with a group of eight. This is maybe the 12th time we've stayed at this hotel and it's always such a great value with wonderful service. We love staying at this hotel.

Not good!!
We had cockroach in our rooms! so nasty! plus, when we wanted to go to the pool it smelled like death!!

it was good for my first time. Location is great. Free parcking place. Nice unit for that price. I liked pretty much well everything . only front desk workers sometimes are not very polite.

I won't come back.
This hotel wasn't cleaned at all. Bathroom had cockroaches. When I was ready to go to sleep, the sheets of my bed were wet. I had to wait almost 1 hr to get new sheets and I had to do the bed by myself because the hotel staff didn't care about it. I would think it twice if I were you before staying at this hotel.

two friends getaway
hotel is old, not that clean - you get what you pay for. It's a solid budget hotel - no bed bugs at least!

Average hotel, good for group that more than 4 ppls. Poor cleanliness, bitten by bedbugs, saw mice passing by the parking lot.

PRICE WAS GOOD
STAY WAS GOOD...ONLY ISSUE WAS ONE OF THE BEDS HAD STAINS ON THE SHEETS AND WAS WET BUT WAS TOO LATE TO GET CHANGED SO HAD TO STAY IN SAME BED

never stay here
this hotel is horrible. A friend and I stayed here, it was horrible from the first moment check in took forever, and when we finally go up to the room the sink was leaking so we had to switch rooms, which was no problem it was good i guess. the next day we went to the parks, when we got back our keys didn't work so we had to go back the front desk and they said we were supposed to check out on the morning (i had booked the hotel for 2 nights) and i said no i booked for 2 nights and they said there was nothing they could do so i had to buy another night so i did >:( we went back to the room and i checked my account and i was charged for 2 nights the night before so i called the front desk and told her that and she came up with this elaborate story.. long story short they tried cheating me and it was not happening. i got my money back.. but please save yourself a lot of trouble and don't stay here
