Free shuttle to Walt Disney World and nightly movies
The Seralago Hotel & Suites Maingate East hotel appeals to families on a budget. Located within walking distance from Old Town Kissimmee, the 614-room property anticipates parents' needs, from kid-themed suites to free shuttle service to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and outlet shops. The Touring Dragon
Great place, but some downfalls
This hotel was exceptionally a great place to stay due to location and value. But some things that needed to be pointed out was that not all staff at the front desk was kind. There are days when specific staff are working and they just make your day, but others make you feel like they don't want you to be there. The rooms were okay, based on how much you paid. The only curtains that worked was the ones that were transperant and strangers can see what you are doing. Pool was great, and plumbing was great as well.

great location bad service
We could not get anybody to help us with anything. We needed towels took them forever to get them to us, they left us none to begin with. called and wanted dryer sheets in the laundry room and never got them. Says free wifi but thats in loby only not rooms very deceiving. If only using for sleep and not staying there for a long periods you are fine. We went to parks everyday all day so it worked out fine.

Disney World vaca
I've stayed here before and have always had a good experience . This time i got the 2 room suite was was great. It slept 6 and had plenty of room..only 3 went but we enjoyed the stay. Staff was friendly and nice . The hotel is a little order but it was well worth it.

Dirty
Very dirty, room smelled bad and humid. Dirty carpet, horrible beds. Not pleased at all! Couldn't even allow my one year old to walk on carpet because it was so dirty

summer vacation GETAWAY!!!!!
THE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT !!!THE ROOM WAS NOT EXPECTED AS APPEARED VIA OF INTERNET!! THERE WAS ALSO TRASH UNDER THE BEDS , THE FURNITURE WAS STICKY FROM PRIOR GUESTS, THE BATHROOM WAS NOT AS TIDY!!! THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT TO RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING!! GREAT WALKING DISTANCE WITHOUT A VEHICLE AT TIMES!!!!

Free WiFi only picked up at pool,not available in room. No coffee pot in room, $10 charge if you want one, suggest bringing your own. Bed hard as a rock. Was at least clean and near attractions. Would not go back.

fabulous vacation
Did not expect to enjoy ourselves that much in a hotel. They have so much to do and offer. Will definitely stay there again when I visit Florida again. Thank you from the the Ruiz family for our fabulous experience at the seralago hotel....xoxo
