Free shuttle to Walt Disney World and nightly movies
The Seralago Hotel & Suites Maingate East hotel appeals to families on a budget. great location, not so great room
They gave us a room all the way to the back end of the hotel with no lights outside. We get in the room and its super small!! We asked to switch rooms and we got one with dead bed bugs on the wall all around the head board!! :( besides the bugs the room was nice, right infront of the pool.

Awesome weekend getaway
Stayed with a group of eight. This is maybe the 12th time we've stayed at this hotel and it's always such a great value with wonderful service. We love staying at this hotel.

Orlando Overnighter
Hotel could have been better. Min-fridge was nasty. Microwave didn't work properly. Smelled moldy. Bed was uncomfortable and stuff were not welcoming.

less than a bargain
Only reason I gave it 1 star is location, big pool, hottub, poolside bar, other amenities,these were nice, everything else very poor. First off I was in town for a funeral upon getting settled started to notice the hotel was old a, nd a little rundown, fine ,but things were in poor repair, but what was not acceptable was that I found mold in the room on curtains , bathroom walls, other walls, upon bringing this to the managers attention, he agreed to move us to another room, upon inspection of 3 other rooms same problems, mold , poor repair......told him this was not acceptable, he apologized and with some more pressure and complaining from me cuz we didn't have the money to switch hotels, since we purchased a package deal online, he gave us a free meal and a 2 room suite......upon inspection of this room not noticeably like the others but not the best, and I removed the cover on the air conditioner , it was covered with mold, I'm sure this is the problem with all rooms , these AC units haven't ever been cleaned.......I would not return to this Hotel again !.........oh and the cleaning staff entered my room while the do not disturb sign was on the door, but waited til I left at 2 pm ! I contacted the front desk and informed them I was not happy and it best not happen again.

Not good!!
We had cockroach in our rooms! so nasty! plus, when we wanted to go to the pool it smelled like death!!

Good for the money
You get what you pay for. Great location. Just used it to sleep at so can't complain. Hot tub was broken and drinks were expensive with no alcohol, but other than that what can you complain about for 40 a night. Don't fall for the scam artist at the front offering money to visit their amusement park
