Free shuttle to Walt Disney World and nightly movies
The Seralago Hotel & Suites Maingate East hotel appeals to families on a budget. Located within walking distance from Old Town Kissimmee, the 614-room property anticipates parents' needs, from kid-themed suites to free shuttle service to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and outlet shops. Great Family facility!
The hotel's location is idea for family's . I was able to walk to a lot of the restaurant's and gift shops. Disney was about 20 minutes away. Great Facility, the staff was very friendly, a smile and a good morning or evening greeted me whenever I encountered them.This is a place I would stay again.

WORST HOTEL EVER
FIRST OF ALL THIS HOTEL IS BAD CHECKING IN I WAS WAITING 30 MINS WHEN I FINALLY GOT TO THE COUNTER I SAID HELLO I DID NOT FEEL WELCOME THE GIRL DID NOT SAY HI SHE WAS RUDE AND NASTY.. NOW THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE MOLD

Comfortable~
Love the pool and small recreation center. Room and bed are comfortable. But the restroom is too small. However the price is worth. I will come next time.

The rooms where terrible the where dirty and everything in the room was old and beat up, I wouldn't refer anyone to this hotel

Hotel needs renovation - the pools are gorgeous and the staff was great!They did an awesome job trying to keep the hotel clean but everything is old: carpet,tiles etc.

this hotel is motel
Smelly, too old, bed is like thousand years old, bed sheed has a lots of stean. Bytheway front desk lady is nice but other thing is bad.

We were not in our room much, but a/c was barley tolerable, not blowing cold. Sheets on bed keep coming undone and i dont move alot when sleeping.

Single Parent in NC
Customer Service was not good.....
I really did enjoy my stay, but the hotel staff were not helpfull in making me comfortable, they told me that the hotel could not afford to give out blankets??? and then there was a shortage on towels which caused me to be late for a appointment. So if they can get the staff to be more helpfull to the guest then this hotel would really be a wonderful place to be. Also the repersentative selling tickets to Disney, I would advise you go else where to say yourself the hassel. They are selling timeshares not tickets to Disney.
