Free shuttle to Walt Disney World and nightly movies
The Seralago Hotel & Suites Maingate East hotel appeals to families on a budget. horrible room smell... CHECK IN WAS HORRIBLE NEVER GOING BACK STAFF WAS SLOW AND RUDE CHECKED OUT EARLY COULDNT DEAL WITH THE SMELL

Not Happy Campers
Well, started off with dirty slept in bed which was corrected quickly. We where tired so we stayed... Appeared clean, nice staff. However, the second mourning, found little friends n bathroom... Eeek! Outs here :v

First of all the staff was amazing from start to end I actually stayed and extra day and they went out of their way to make it amazing. Location was great I I fiound a new place to stay in Orlando from now on TY

great location, not so great room
They gave us a room all the way to the back end of the hotel with no lights outside. We get in the room and its super small!! We asked to switch rooms and we got one with dead bed bugs on the wall all around the head board!! :( besides the bugs the room was nice, right infront of the pool.

Horrible
Room was nasty/dirty! We had to go buy bed sheets & pillow cases to cover the ones they had because they were dirty! The room smelled so bad we had to go purchases candles & air fresher. The hotel room looks nothing like the pics on the website. The beds are so bad it feels like you sleeping on bare bed springs. I'm not sure if all the rooms are this way but room 723 was awful I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!!

great time had a blast
It was a little run down looking but not nasty or anything but you get what you pay for. other than that it was amazing they took care of all our needs. the food court is open late perfect for a late snack. The staff cares about people it's not fake at all. ask them anything and they will do there best to help you. pool is good and clean. they have constant security around to make sure you are safe. if you are on vacation for disney its a must go to spot. I went for unaversal and it's a bit of a drive so get a rental car. Everything was GREAT!!!!

Traveler friendly
The room was decribed as a 2 room suite. So I expected 2 rooms. One room had 2 very comfortable beds & pillows. The other, if you can call it a room was a space w/ a big vanity and sink. Which two people could not use at the same time. It did however, have a micowave & fridge in it, which I suspect is why it is considered a room.The hotel offered hot buffet breakfast. The only thing hot was the coffee & tea. The eggs , bacon & sausages were cold & hard. The staff were extremlely friendly & the room was always made-up right away and fairly cleaned upon our return to it. The location of the hotel makes it a good reason to return there. It's very close to alot of attractions and has a variety of places to see and dine at. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would probably return someday.
