The Seralago Hotel & Suites Maingate East hotel appeals to families on a budget. Disappointed...
We were very disappointed with this hotel. Room had bad odor, was far from clean and looked really old. Location is good but hotel needs lot of work.

Averse to Bugs
Nice, except for roaches
Staff and room were fine, but in two days I saw 4 roaches--including one in the shower with me, and one in my toiletries on the counter. The hotel has a young and noisy clientele. Good place for families wanting to be in the heart of Kissimmee. Everything DIsney and Old Towne (next door) is easily accessible. Overall good experience, minus the bugs.

Nice pool, horrible bed!
Overall, staff was great, pool and jacuzzi area fantastic , nice store, decent food, clean grounds. Great coffee in the general store. Beds were awful, could feel the springs poking you all night. Advertising is a little deceptive- looks like you are going to get a suite, but no... You get dinky little rooms with old tv's. Overall, a marginal bargain, kids will love the pool area.

disappointed big time
i stayed for a week .. the interent sucks i called 5 times.. the room smelled bad.. i wont ever stay in sarloga agaian .. for the money i can get better for sure.. they lied about the room service every time u call they tell u no body here to deliever ... just sucks over all ..

Book at least 24 hrs in advance
I booked it on line and went to check in 15mins later.. They had me waiting an hour in the lobby...te

Sera Lago Hotel
Very run down, old furniture and old mattresses. The bathrooms were falling apart, light switches didn't turn lights off, broken iron and ironing board. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Nice older hotel
This is a nice older hotel. My only complaint was the beds were very uncomfortable.

Fair at best
I was expecting a resort type hotel and this place reminded me of an older days in , one bright spot was that the staff was very friendly but the rooms need some updating at the very least for this hotel i wont stay there again until they spend some money to update it and fix some much need electrical issues

TRULY A BUDGET MOTEL
Motel is in a pretty good location and the room had been freshly painted. That is about all of the good things it had going for it. Bed was uncomfortable. Room was not cleaned well (mold in the toilet and stained carpet - yuck!) The bathroom vent/fan thing was so loud, I couldn't stand to have it on more than a few minutes and several light bulbs were burnt out. The staff was not at all helpful. Well, the lady who checked me in was nice at least. No business center and while they do offer wireless internet, I do not have a laptop, so it was a problem for me. Oh, and you should know - there isn't in-room coffee in the regular rooms!! How can any motel not have in room coffee. I have had to stay in some pretty small motels in some pretty small towns and they managed to have in room coffee. It wasn't always good, but was there!! I did have a micro and fridge though, go figure. When I asked, I was told only "suites" have in room coffee. One night, at about 1 a.m. someone kept ringing my room and I called the front desk and all they could say was "that's too bad and there isn't anything we can do". Now granted, I didn't think they could really do anything, but an apology would have been nice rather than that cavalier attitude.
