Seralago Hotel and Suites Maingate East

I thought the hotel staff could be more friendly. Only one person cared about our satisfaction. The Hot tub by the pool bar was dirty. The Bartender at the pool bar was very unfriendly, there was one bar that never opened. The full service restraunt was only opened for a breakfast buffet. The room had a musty smokey smell. Over all I was very unsatisfied.

The rooms were clean, the carpet was filthy. when I went to take a shower the water coming out was black. when I complained to the manager-he was very rood. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone under his management.

had booked 2 nights, could not stay a second night due to back pain...husband has bad back, I do not, however I was barely able to get out of bed my back hurt so bad.

THE CHECK IN WENT VERY WELL. WE GOT TO THE ROOM IT SMELLED MOLDY,THE AIR CONDITIONER DIDNT WORK, AND THE TV DIDNT WORK. THERE WERE 3 SPIDER WEBS INSIDE THE ROOM. I CHECKED RIGHT BACK OUT OF THAT HOTEL WITHIN THE FIRST 10 MIN OF BEING THERE. THEY DID OFFER ME ANOTHER ROOM AND WERE VERY NICE ABOUT IT, BUT BY THEN I WAS VERY DISGUSTED.

This was not an enjoyable room to stay in. Beds were not in great condition and the bathrooms were dirty. The decor has not been updated since the 80's.

CHECK THE BED BEFORE YOU SIGN MY BED WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON A BED OF COILS I COULD NOT GET COMFORTABLE AND HAD TO SLEEP WITH MY SON ON THE BUNKBED.... ASK FOR A MANAGER AT THE FRONT DESK TO GET MY VOUCHERS WAS TOLD HE WAS TO BUSY THEY WERE IN THE SAFE AND IF I COULD WAIT TO PICK THEM UP THE NEXT DAY THAT WOULD BE BETTER.

I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. I know it was comptetitive price, however, felt that I could have done better for extra $20-30. Everybody acted as if having a bad hair day!! and they assume you don't know and start to speak to you in spanish!! there was no flexibility and no courtesy, no smily faces..overworked underpaied probably.. Shuttles were crowded most of the time..vending machines are not working.No help at the side of the pool.. I feel bad and sorry that had to choose this hotel..I feel as if was scammed

No customer service at all. had ordered extra pillows the first night we arrived and still never saw the pillows when we checked out. Staff was very unfriendly and I don't think they even cared about who was there. There was 2 rooms that have been broken into at the hotel and the security was not there watching the hotel. Would not reccommend this hotel.

Upon arrival at check in - the attendant advises you to go to a desk for a map of the area - this is a TRICK!!! When you get to the desk for your map, the attendant there tries to convince and pressure you to join in on a timeshare. Additionally, this place should not be called "hotel and suites"; this place is more like a motel. When we walked in the room it smelled horrible, the fridge wasn't cold, there was a dead roach on the floor, the bed linens had the worst smell and while heading out to dinner we discovered the room door wouldn't lock. They fixed the door issue but when we returned it wouldn't open - so we had to wait outside for someone to get there to fix the door issues. We will NEVER stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel because it was cheap, and while I do appreciate the notion that you get what you pay for.. I didn't pay for a disgusting dirty room. It looked like housekeeping just made the beds after the last people left, no actual cleaning whatsoever. I had to Lyson and Clorox the bathroom myself before I'd even let my kids go near it. There was mold in the corners. Then, to top it off my kids got lice! Never ever go to this hotel! It is horrible!
