Free shuttle to Walt Disney World and nightly movies
The Seralago Hotel & Suites Maingate East hotel appeals to families on a budget. hotel good, but
the rooms were good, the location was good, the staff courteous and friendly,but the few times we ate at the hotel the food was cold, and the shuttle service was terrible, it was always crowded, so we took a cab the rest of the time.

Close to everything in Orlando
We went to Orlando to have some fun in the parks. We found that the staff had plenty of knowledge of what was going in the area, gave us good discounts on tickets and even gave directions to the attraction we wanted to go see. I found their information valuable and helpful. I found that there was plenty of food and souvenir shops close by with delivery service from several local restaurants. Almost right next door to old town, which is a really cool place. the room smelled a little musty, but was clean. We had a small refrigerator and microwave in our room that made it very convenient to bring food to our room. There wasn't a large selection of tv channels, but who goes on a vacation to watch tv. We had some problems with parking on Friday night, trying to get a space near our room was difficult, but Saturday we were able to park in front of our room. The pool was great, one for each area (2 total) each with a hot tub, always nice to relax in. I have purchased a weekend vacation to return this year and am looking forward to it.

Great for the Price
The kids loved the heated pool. It was a great location. I was very pleased and will stay there again if we go back to Disney.

It was right next door to KFC and Red Lobster. McDonalds was across the street. It was just a short drive to a great deal of nicer restaurants and as well.

Hotel that has it all!
We are happy we stayed at Seralago Hotel and Suites Maingate East. We were greeted and helped by a very friendly reservation desk personnel. We stayed in a very clean room and were given extra towels. There is a supermarket a few blocks away where we did some food shopping. Since we stayed in the hotel for five nights, we found the refrigerator and microwave very useful. It saved us a lot of money by not dining out every night. The hotel is only a few minutes drive to the Disney theme parks so we can go back to the hotel when we're tired, take a nap, and go back again and stay till closing time. This is the fourth time we've been to Disneyworld and this is the hotel we really liked best. I will recommend it to all my family and friends.

Very nice
The Seralogo Hotel was very nice. The desk clerk at check in was friendly and accomadating. The room was clean and neat.

Good Location
The Seralago Hotel & Suites Maingate East was an ok hotel, our room was to be a pool view room and we could bearly see the pool for our window was 3/4 over taken by the corner of a wall. Our room was smaller than expected with a very small bathroom. The cafe was only open in the morning so no sit down lunch or dinner could be enjoyed at the hotel. There was a food bar open thought but with limited food, basically for purposes of room service. The location to all the attractions were great with free shuttle service to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and MGM.

Perfect if you spend most of your time in Disney Parks
Well located (for those visiting Disney Parks) and good value for the money. Another very positive point: friendliness and competence of the staff. Somewhat negative points: 1) the hotel shows its age (organization of the bathrooms; noisy A/C system, no DVD players (who is still carrying VHS-cassettes?), etc.) / 2) food offer is quite limited and quality is average.
