The hotel had great security and employees were very nice. The rooms were terrible. Doors had terrible amount of rust and wall bases were filthy. But the worst thing about it were the beds. You can feel every coil in the mattress. They were so old
that when I tried to lift it to straighten out the sheets you could not even lift it up.
There were some renovations going on but the staff did a good job to help us work around it. The pool area and bar was really nice, beautiful set up. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for everything we
wanted to do. Only 15 min away from Downtown Disney and Universal!
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short drive from hotel
Lots of breakfast choices like Dennys, Perkins, cracker barrel, Bob evans, etc.
When you walk into there lobby you think that it's a nice place but once you check in and head to the hotel room it's like you transformed to a whole new place and not in a good way either rooms were very old and our tv didn't even work. the area
seemed very run down.
We usually stay her because the rooms are cheaper than most in the area. Kids get free breakfast with adult purchase. Pool is not heated although I thought I read it was.
Paid for one room and they put me in something else. We will spend the
extra money and stay elsewhere next time to get free breakfast and more comfy beds.
