Free shuttle to Walt Disney World and nightly movies
The Seralago Hotel & Suites Maingate East hotel appeals to families on a budget. Located within walking distance from Old Town Kissimmee, the 614-room property anticipates parents' needs, from kid-themed suites to free shuttle service to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and outlet shops. beds intolerable
had booked 2 nights, could not stay a second night due to back pain...husband has bad back, I do not, however I was barely able to get out of bed my back hurt so bad.

Not bad for the money
After reading many mixed reviews I was nervous about booking here. But for the money it wasn't that bad. The matresses desperately need to be replaced. Both my husband and I had stiff backs upon waking up every morning. The room was clean and our linens and towels were changed every day. I think the best thing about our stay was the pool. It's very large, plenty of chairs and it's open late. Very nice way to cool off at the end of a long day at the theme parks.

Family friendly
Our stay at Seralago was excellent! The room we had was amazing! Lot's of room for the 5 of us! The hotel staff was kind, and very respectful. Between the two pools, and hot tubs we were very relaxed and there was so much to do around us, we were never bored. My son loved the arcade, and the best part is I could buy my Disney tickets right there in the lobby! Great experience! I am already recommending people!

Very family friendly
I stayed for a week with my wife and 2 kids (7 & 9). The staff is the most friendly I have had; courteous, polite, helpful. The pools, spas, and grounds were clean and well maintained. The room shows signs of wear, but not bad. What I would call typical for a family oriented hotel. The room was clean, and the staff did a nice job keeping it that way for the 4 of us. The prices in the food court are very reasonable, same for the game room. There are fast food and other restaurants in the immediate area. Also there is an amusement park, Old Towne, and a mini golf place next door. There is also a convenient store just a short walk away in case you need some incidentals that they don't have in the hotel gift shop like creamer for your room. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant is either buffet or served to you, your choice. Kids eat free when an adult buys. The food was varied and good; fresh fruit, hot cakes, french toast, & other breakfast favs. The restaurant staff was just excellent. I will definitely stay there again!

Updated renovation needed
This is a nice family hotel. However, the bathrooms are in dire need of updating. It was nice having refrigerator and micro wave in the unit when you have children since they snack all the time. The pools were great and kids enjoyed them.
