Seralago Hotel and Suites Maingate East

it was good for my first time. Location is great. Free parcking place. Nice unit for that price. I liked pretty much well everything . only front desk workers sometimes are not very polite.

We enjoyed staying in the hotel..My daughter liked the pool very much..

Very basic, priced according to that. Old hotel, location OK

The room was decribed as a 2 room suite. So I expected 2 rooms. One room had 2 very comfortable beds & pillows. The other, if you can call it a room was a space w/ a big vanity and sink. Which two people could not use at the same time. It did however, have a micowave & fridge in it, which I suspect is why it is considered a room.The hotel offered hot buffet breakfast. The only thing hot was the coffee & tea. The eggs , bacon & sausages were cold & hard. The staff were extremlely friendly & the room was always made-up right away and fairly cleaned upon our return to it. The location of the hotel makes it a good reason to return there. It's very close to alot of attractions and has a variety of places to see and dine at. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would probably return someday.

bugs found in the bed, dirty sheets, laundry machines smelled, rude solicitors, hotel smelled

Bed Bugs as soon as we lifted the sheets they were crawling all over on both beds. We got switched to another room same thing. The hotel is very old. Stairs were dirty. Room smelled like mildew. Sheets were run down. Very loud drunk people walking around. We did not stay there we asked for a refund immediately.

Thought it would be more resort like. Once you passed the entrance looked more like a motel. Our room was way around back, smelt horrible, had to buy room freshener. Air conditioner cool at night, not so much during day. Would not go back. Will have to spend more money next time to get a more enjoyable place.

Great value for the price paid. The swimming pools are awesome, the other people visiting very freindly, and the location - best possible. You are walking distance from Kissimmee dowtown, fun fair, and lots of restaurants, gift shops, and outlets. Also, the hotel is closly located to Disney World, Sea World, and other Orlando trade mark places. The room's standard is good. My only complaints would be the long lines to the customer service and the slow Wi-Fi. Other than that, you get what you paid for, and it's worth it if you want to spend money on sightseeing rather than high-standard rooms.

Clean room, good rates, Nice staff. If you like kids jumping up and down on your roof if your staying alone it's ok. Bed was not comfortable but manageable. Room was clean and cleaned while away to parks. No cockroaches i seen. Air conditioning was good and kept the room cool during the hot days i was there. Shower was just ok. Hot water was ok. But hardly any pressure. I think it was the same hot water for the laundry room for the hotel. Great hotel for family with kids. There was a amusement park right next door. Lots of rides just walking distance away. I would stay again if on a budget like i was this time visiting. Contrary to belief there are shuttles to parks in area and a airport shuttle at 15.00. I found that out later when i wanted to go back to Airport. you need to schuedle the pickup from airport before arrival.
