I will stay there again it was quiet and close to the parks

Loved the location. For the price, it could have been better maintained. Lobby had an "odd smell" to it. The bathroom had mold growing on the wall and the light didn't always work and when it did, it flickered. There was mold growing on the ceiling above my bed. The A/C unit was held in place with shims of wood and the cover was broken. Outside, it seems the sidewalk was crumbling as they were supporting the curb with sand bags. Cleaning staff was wonderful and very helpful. They were quick to offer extra towels and advice when it was requested. Front desk staff, not so much. When I checked out and asked how the stay was, I advised the woman (who ironically wore an "Employee of the Month" tag) of the issues. I was not looking for a refund of any sort. I just wanted them to be advised. Her response was " Oh yeah, all of the rooms need work". No "I'm sorry to hear that" or "We'll be sure to look into that". Poor service. On our first day, we encounterd an employee who tried to "hard sell" us on a dinner/show package. It was to rain the next two days and he wouldn't take no for an answer. He kept telling us we had nothing else to do and we only had this small window to get this "deal". When we said we'd think about it, he did get a bit rude. We walked away, but it started our stay off on the wrong foot. Would not go back, would not recommend.

Room was nasty/dirty! We had to go buy bed sheets & pillow cases to cover the ones they had because they were dirty! The room smelled so bad we had to go purchases candles & air fresher. The hotel room looks nothing like the pics on the website. The beds are so bad it feels like you sleeping on bare bed springs. I'm not sure if all the rooms are this way but room 723 was awful I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!!

location very good. Pool and playground great for kids .

The reviews are on point, we went for an overnight stay price was great, great location. The rooms are older and need to be updated, cleaning is not a priority. The front desk staff is very friendly. Kids loved the game room, the bar was nice, food on site is a good choice.

The room was ok the location was great for the rate. I did have a problem that if you use their computer you have to pay $3 for 12 minutes and it may not even pull up the information you need and you are just out more money! The staff was very nice. The rooms are clean and the location is great!

Overall it was pretty good. Courteous staff, housecleaning was efficient. Only problem was it had an old tv and picture clarity wasn't too great. Also the room had some ants. We managed but it was quite bothersome.

It was a little run down looking but not nasty or anything but you get what you pay for. other than that it was amazing they took care of all our needs. the food court is open late perfect for a late snack. The staff cares about people it's not fake at all. ask them anything and they will do there best to help you. pool is good and clean. they have constant security around to make sure you are safe. if you are on vacation for disney its a must go to spot. I went for unaversal and it's a bit of a drive so get a rental car. Everything was GREAT!!!!

Great experience. I loved the added though of the gift bag it was just owesome.

Older motel that was clean and comfortable. Far enough away from attractions to be inexpensive yet close enough to get anywhere in 15 minutes. No frills but was looking for only a place to lay my head.
