The Seralago Hotel & Suites Maingate East hotel appeals to families on a budget. Located within walking distance from Old Town Kissimmee, the 614-room property anticipates parents' needs, from kid-themed suites to free shuttle service to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and outlet shops. OK hotel
Affordable and ok hotel for short stays. Supprise that "old town within walking distance" ment amusement park within walking distance, and not Kissimmee old town within walking distance!

a good place to get some sleep
first night air conditioner was not working. really hot in the room couldn't sleep . maintenance came the next day to fix it but front desk clerk didn't apologize for the inconvienance . we were only there to sleep and got back to the room each night really late so did not use any of the pool or any amenenties . still got charged 16.00 resort fee which was not fair .

Family weekend
We booked the room for two days. The hotel is convieniently located. The hotel rooms are clean but are somewhat dated and a little shabby. My major complaints were when I booked the rooms I needed adjoining rooms and when I got there the rooms were in completely seperate buildings. We went out to dinner and came back and the sprinklers were on. Not just a little sprinkle a full on blast in the face. Not really all that happy but it was a place to crash while not at the parks. I will not be staying here again.

not so hot
we booked 6 mos in advance so why were we out in no mans land a 1/4 mile from the hotel. Our view was a dirty parking lot and a chain link fence. We had to get housekeeping to come a clean the mold under the bath mat., Maintenancehad to fix the refridgerater, a drawer that didn't work and the faucets were so old, it took two hands and all my strengh to open them everytime we turned on the faucets

fun time at a great place.
We came down for the Daytona 500 and the Pink concert but since we love going to Old Town we stayed in Kissimmee. We were able to check in early and the front desk clerk was an absolute friendly girl who moved us poolside and was a joy to talk too. She seemed to truly enjoy her job. We enjoyed hanging out in the pool and with the tiki bar there to order drinks and food it made for a great stay. The room was clean, had tons of space so we weren't walking on each other and the housekeeping staff was extremely friendly as well.The breakfast bar was very reasonably priced.We also played in the arcade room while we had time to kill. This will be where my family stays each time we come visit from now on.

Our experience was ok. The room supplies were bare minimal, so if you forget anything like soap, lotion, or air freshner you to do some shopping. Eateries were in walking distance which was great. The best thing about this hotel was the price.

Everything was great but the TV/WIFI
Great location and amenities. Room was clean. My only issue was the 20 year old tv and poor WIFI.
