Free shuttle to Walt Disney World and nightly movies
The Seralago Hotel & Suites Maingate East hotel appeals to families on a budget. Broken beds...
Our beds were practically caved in. We were awoken to fire alarms and someone trying to get in through the adjoining door all night. Also don't be surprised if the bathroom looks a little small. They actually cut a crevice in the door in order to let it close.

Good for the price....we were in and out!!
What surprise me the most is that since I had 2 rooms under my name, i immediately thought it was understood that since i was with family, they would have put me together with my family. Not sooo.. I am not sure that happened because my daughter checked in before I did. I don' t know if they saw the co--relation.. but other than that. It was worth it!

horrible room smell... CHECK IN WAS HORRIBLE NEVER GOING BACK STAFF WAS SLOW AND RUDE CHECKED OUT EARLY COULDNT DEAL WITH THE SMELL

Worst Hotel I have seen in my life
Please stay away from this one. I would never ever think of going back to this hotel . Dont know why it had got 3 star , it is not even 1 star , it looks and feels like cheap motel. Smelly and dirty ....

Not Happy Campers
Well, started off with dirty slept in bed which was corrected quickly. We where tired so we stayed... Appeared clean, nice staff. However, the second mourning, found little friends n bathroom... Eeek! Outs here :v

Disappointed...
We were very disappointed with this hotel. Room had bad odor, was far from clean and looked really old. Location is good but hotel needs lot of work.

Horrible smells and customer serve was bad
We were there during Thanksgiving holidays. The room was cold. when we put the heat on, a horrible smell came out of the vents. Furniture are in bad shape, internet is very slow. Customer service is not helpful at all. We had the worst hotel experience here.

great for the family
nice pools and game room for kids. It was nice to get up to a nice breakfast in the morning and kids eat free. make sure you request a coffee pot when you get there if you want coffee in the morning because they only put them in when requested. they could use a couple more trips to the parks because they only go once in the morning and once at night so we drove are car and paid the $15 parking fee at the park

Bad Hotel Experience
hotel was not very clean with the price paid. I even saw carcroach in my refrigerator and in the towel. Very old rooms and not so clean. Breakfast buffet was good with $6.99 adult and free for kids.
