Free shuttle to Walt Disney World and nightly movies
The Seralago Hotel & Suites Maingate East hotel appeals to families on a budget. One of the worst hotel stays ever
Kids suite is small smells and is not cleaned well.. Mattress could feel every spring.. Maid told my mom she found some clothes in the dumpster could my mom hold them til she got off... My mom said no we should have said something but didn't want someone to loose their job.. No Xbox in kids suite.. No heated pool.. Was there on a very cold night right before Christmas so if it was heated it would def. be on that night.. Stayed at a lot of places all over and this is by far one of the worst. Would never stay here again

Christmas Disney Trip
We went there on 19th Dec. and left on 25th. The room we stayed had Internet connection problem. We couldn't access wi-fi for 6 days.

one night ok
Good for a one night. Room was ok but bathroom was horrible bathtub had a lining covering i guess all the rust or who knows what, you could actually feel the bumps and it was dirty.

Good but just one defect
The hotel was good the price was competitive I did have to wait for my reservation but not that long and the room was overall clean except the comforters did not smell clean besides that was a good experience

Choose this hotel only if, you are constrained by the budget and that you do not care for cleanliness., (includes AC filter thick dust very clearly visible, bathroom walls and ceiling broken, washbasin clogging etc,) We DID not expect this to be this bad... Only PLUS is that Disney is close by., so that was very favorable..

dirty run down cheap lookiking
From the pictures the hotel looks very nice i was excited to get there with my family, When i went in to the room the carpets were dirty the beds were made messy the refrigerater was not working properly the tile floor was cracked and big pieces missing out of it.When the maid came to clean my room she infromed me that today is change day which meant that they change the sheets that day ...yuck..do you mean i was sleeping in someone eles filth !!! Not to mention that my son is Autistic and some of his medication came up missing... i wound never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very Good, Just needs new beds.
The Staff was great, the arcade, pool, whirlpool and tiki bar was good and the Santa Claus room was a nice touch. The Mattresses were the only negative they were uncomfortable.
