Seralago Hotel and Suites Maingate East

The Seralago was a nice hotel. Room was clean, check in/out was convenient and tons of dining options. The only downfalls that we experienced were no wireless internet in the room only in the lobby and the room has vcr no dvd. The furniture is a little outdated, but overall the hotel is nice.

For my purposes the hotel was accomodating, but I do have a few complaints. The dining facility did not have very many options and was very overpriced for what was there. My room was basically clean, but the shower was in a lot of disrepair and was very stained and I found some trash on the floor from previous patrons. The lobby was very appealing and the amenities seemed to be well kept, though. I just think that the rooms need some updating. I very much appreciated the safety deposit boxes but I did not appreciate being bombarded with timeshare offers by the people in the lobby. The hotel was what I expected though. I was not looking for anything fancy, just a place to sleep.

The rooms were extremely clean, but the beds were hard and the sheets easily came untucked from the corners (fitted sheets would be helpful). The Seralago is conveniently located near the Disney area attractions and has excellent pool facilities and several entertainment programs for families. The Seralago is a great family value as long as luxury is not the expectation. Service and cleanliness are exceptional when the price is considered.

We like the location. It is near popular restaurants, entertainment center. There is supermarket nearby. The free shuttle bus to Disney transportation center is a big plus. The rooms are neat and tidy. The laundry service is also nice - we didnt have to bring a lot of clothes coz we could use the laundry service at the hotel. This hotel is a very practical family hotel. We didnt like the internet service though - too slow and I ended up paying for its use but wasnt able to use it at all -time simply ran out and I just gave up trying to connect.

I was comfortable for 2 days stay.

For what we paid it was fine. Nothing spectacular. It appears a little shabby from the outside, but the rooms were fine. We were only there for 2 nights and it was just a place to rest our heads. Definitely not a luxury hotel, but it is very close to the parks.

If you want a clean room in the Kissimmee area close to the main entrance to Disney World, at a reasonable price, with features for kids, this is it. My wife and I didn't need the family features - on site food court and mini-store, a couple pools - but they'd work for a family. The room was very pedestrian, functional, (think a basic box with beds and bathroom) but were quite clean and quiet. Mini-fridge in the room with a small microwave. The only thing I missed was no in-room coffee maker. The hotel had low occupancy the weekend we stayed. The staff was friendly at our late check-in. Right next door to Old Town. Lots of chain restaurants within walking distance on a very busy highway, but the hotel does have a cafe/restaurant on site in addition to the food court that offers a reasonable breakfast buffet. There's a small on-site bar for a late night relaxer; they even made us a 'to go' drink for the room. It's not a resort or spa. If you want a place to lounge and be pampered, this probably won't be it. But if you need a clean place to stay while you do Disney or Universal or Sea World, this'll work. It was our first stay, and we'd go again.

2nd time staying at this hotel. Great Hotel for a low price close to all Disney attractions. Rooms very nice with a fridge and microwave. Bar restaurant ans store on property with a heated pool. Only problem was store closed betweem 2:00pm - 5:00pm. Shuttle service to Disnet Attraction very helpful.

totally enjoyed my stay. Everything was the price they said and I would book it again in a heartbeat
