Free shuttle to Walt Disney World and nightly movies
The Seralago Hotel & Suites Maingate East hotel appeals to families on a budget. Located within walking distance from Old Town Kissimmee, the 614-room property anticipates parents' needs, from kid-themed suites to free shuttle service to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and outlet shops. Awesome Place to stay!!!
Nice and very clean place, room was nice for 2 people, quiet place, perfect for someone who just need place for sleep and spend days out in parks) Nice food court and breakfast cafe on site, free shuttle to the Disney's Transportation Center.

Dont waste your money!
The room I ordered was a 2 bedroom suite, what I got was 1 bedroom and the living room that converted into a bedroom. The pool was disgusting with patched concrete everywhere. My bed had craters in it from being so old. The worst part was there was a huge sticky stain on the carpet in front of the couch. I will NEVER stay there again and dont recommend anyone else to either!

Great Family Vacation

Dirty Room
although the lobby wasn't too bad, the room was. There was visible bug dirt, the front desk offered to move us to another room but it was so bad that I moved to another hotel. I could imagine staying in any room in this hotel.

Won't stay there again!!
Beds are uncomfortable, needs to be updated, fire alarm went off at 8:00 in the morning. let's just say we will never stay there again. you get what you pay for.

QUICKBUDGET
Fine for a budget
If you are looking for a budget trip and want a quick stay room. These are the rooms for you. Enjoyed the play area, the service was good, and video game are is fun. Had to change rooms three times to get one that didn't need as much airing out.

Our Trip
I love this hotel, always stay here. Only thing, I think it should be cleaner and updated. I do like it though for the price and for what I use it for which is to sleep and shower its perfect!

Cheap and great location
I picked this place because of the price and location. It's close to the Disney parks and on the main strip near Old Town. It's an old hotel that can use some work. The rooms weren't too bad but it did have some small bugs in it, they looked like small roaches. Since we were hardly in the room it didn't bother us that much. So depending on what your plans are will determine if you stay here or not. I would try them again and see if the bug problem has been fixed.
