Rodeway Inn Kissimmee

Horrible describes the experience at this place. Walked into the room and roaches scattered when the light hit them. Tried to get my money back and I could not get a refund. I would not suggest anyone stay here! I would not recommend this place to any one!!!

The hotel both outside and inside was in a bad shape with overall quality of the room probably the worst i have ever seen. The internet was slow. The room dirty. The Finishes poor or in bad condition. They have to do a complete rehaul of the place if they have to get my business again.

The hotel staff was at the front desk were friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was filled with bugs. We also requested a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room.

The staff was great. The locaton needs a major upgrade its really dated and needs refreshing.

this hotel requieres many many thinks...... i was disapointed when i arrived it.

Receptionists were rude room was dirty bed was nasty towles hadnt been washed just refolded there were holes in the ceiling and the water smelled like seweage. There were pub hairs everywhere. Slept on an air matress i had in my car there was also a lot of mold in my room. The only good thing is the air conditioning worked good.

the photos on the website were misleading we thought we booked the hotel we usually stay with because of the photos on the site.W e then had to go 10 miles down the road in search of this other hotel,When we got to the right hotel it is just awful.[...]We are now stuck staying in this awful room rodeway inn kissimee would not refund our money[...].list of problems,if traveling with children do not attempt to stay here.1.bathroom ceiling was caving in.2.the bathroom was all moldy.3.there is no iron in the room as advertized.4.i had to go to the front and ask for shampoo and soap.5.we had to actually pay for ice (never had to before).6.the front desk coustomer service was awful.7.the shower water is all funny if u put it just past cold to warm it is actually scaling hot.8.they come with refridgeorators and they do not work.9.MOST OF ALL THIS HOTEL IS IN AN AWFUL PART OF KISSIMMEE.....MOST AWFUL PLACE I HAVE STAYED [...].

I stayed in a Pet/smoking room as requested.The young lady at the front desk was very nice and informative.Frig but no microwave.The house keeping staff were friendly and did a good job at seeing that our needs were meet,they could not enter our room due to the hotel pet policy regarding house keeping.There was a tile floor instead of carpet which was unusual but I assume it is cause of the pet room. The A/C was a little under powered but it did work. The buzzards circling the restaurant dumpster next to the parking lot were a little unnerving so say the leased. Over all it was a good stay.

I was not even aware that there were two Rodeway Inns on Irlo Bronson...I have stayed at the one next to IHOP and liked it very much, but this time we had to discover we booked the other one...miles down the road. I had booked non-smoking and the reservation was somehow for a smoking-room. Gladly they put us in a non-smoking room, it was not a busy night. However, the floors were stained, there was a coffeemaker, but no coffee, no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion, an ironing board, but no iron,...at 3:30am someone was continuously banging on a hotel room door close by... I cannot recommend this place.

The room was damp and hot when we entered. The refridgerator that was requested was unplugged and ended up not even working. The A/C unit was turned off when we got there and while it worked it took a nearly an hour to get the place cooled down. On top of that the room smelled musty and moldy. Furniture looked beat up and the room was full of bugs when we got there. Spent the first 30 minutes killing the mosquitoes. Horrible hotel that I will definitely not be going back to and recommend anyone traveling to Orlando/Kissimmee area to do the same.
