For those who prefer a community with resort facilities instead of a pool home we have our TOWNHOMES category, these will feature a shared communal on-site swimming pool. Beautiful Townhouse, wrong house
celebrate my son 5th birthday, go to disneyworld, sea world, am Hollywood studio, beach at cocoa beach, shop, dine, movie..Yes there was no pool in the yard as described [...],Customer Service gave us townhouse instead of standard pool home It was different..this time is was a big house with lots of bathroom..and space for a good reasonable price..

A very impressing new begining to something new.
Our family weekend get a away was great, the kids really enjoyed there stay. I was very impressed at the villa and its amenities, the locations wasn't to bad even though we did have a hard time finding the resort. But overall I give our stay an A+, we look forward to doing it all over again sometime very soon.

OUTSTANDING!!!
Everything was perfect except for check in. They had me drive about 45 mins only for them to forget to leave me the keys! Other than that the property was OUTSTANDING!

VERY COMFORTABLE PLACE
Would of been nice if we were told up front about needing to complete a pre-registration form and also additional $140 needed before keys could be given to us. Supposedly extra money for cleaning/miscellaneous fee & was told extra fee charged because we were staying less than 5 days.Check out time at 10:00AM IS WAY TOO EARLY..Too many rules with this place.

Regal Palms Resort
Rent a Villa is a broker for several resorts in the Orlando area. Dealing with Rent a Villa was easy and trouble free. The resort we stayed at was Regal Palms Resort and Spa. This is a townhouse resort, and each unit is individually owned. The resort facilities were excellent. My granddaughters lived in the lazy river when we weren't at a park. Location is great. Since each unit is individually owned, the furnishings and decor varies. Our unit was a little worse for wear, but nevertheless serviceable. Mattresses were particularly poor. Thankfully we were so tired at the end of each day that mattress comfort was not an issue. Otherwise the unit was fully equipped and to our surprise was actually 4 bedrooms, not the 3 that was advertised. There's a grocery next to the resort with several strip mall restaurants and stores. Very handy. Best of all was the price. Seven of us stayed there with room to spare for $74 a night after a 15% discount. Wow! Would definitely recommend.

Dream killer
Nice quiet getaway
I was visiting from out of town for a bodybuilding competition. I found this home to be clean and quiet. It had everything I needed. The pool was clean and refreshing. The only thing I would change about my experience is that this place needs a big bathtub. There was only one tub in the house and it was so small. The temp in the house should be cooler also. Other than that it was a great place!

Fantastic family getaway
villa was very nice and clean also quiet neighborhood. the only problem was the pool was so cold even if the weather was about 80 degrees. But over all it was very nice. thank you.

Best Place to Stay
We really enjoyed staying at this house. First time renting a house and I will only travel this way. We had two families stay together and other friends traveling with us visited. We were able to cook for the kids, enjoyed the rec room and the house had everything we could need: play pen, strollers, umbrellas, xbox, computer and internet etc.
