For those who prefer a community with resort facilities instead of a pool home we have our TOWNHOMES category, these will feature a shared communal on-site swimming pool. Rent a Villa, Orlando Florida
Our stay was amazing. The only thing our Villa did'nt have was food. We were so comfortable we felt like we were at home. We were also surprised to find 2 Master bedrooms, which made my mother in law quite happy! I will definitly suggest anyone traveling with family to Rent a Villa Rene Valdez, Houston TX

Rent-A-Villa Disney Clermont Vacation
Overall, we were very happy with the Rent-a-Villa Disney Clermont vacation. The location is very pleasant, relatively quiet and family-friendly. We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to spend a week (or more!) in the Orlando area.The resort itself was far enough from Disney and Orlando proper that we were able to enjoy some family time in peace and quiet. The Eagle Management team was very responsive and friendly; we appreciated the snacks and drinks awaiting us after 12 hours of travelling.The unit we were assigned (Atlantis) was very well equipped with a nice pool (no hot-tub), pool toys, Nintendo Wii, pool table/air hockey and basketball (rec. room in the garage). The unit was very clean and well-kept, including decent Wi-Fi Internet service and local telephone (no long distance).We were slightly disappointed to have extra charges show up for pool heating ($25/day) and a $45 dollar deposit fee [...], but the fees were well worth it since the pool heated up quite nicely and the unit is very well maintained.Another minor suggestion is to provide small amounts of dish soap and laundry detergent for guests. These aren't expensive and add a nice touch, especially on the first day.Finally, the master bed mattress was very noisy, squeaking loudly whenever the occupant moved on the right side and woke us up frequenly during the first night or two until we adjusted. The bed was comfortable, nonetheless.

The villa was amazing, very spacious and beautiful. The pool and the spa were great, and the rooms were spotless. The only complaint I have is that the air conditioning didnt work too well

We rented a town home, near Clermont, 20 mi.s.w. of Orlando. Nice area, once we found it...We have found the highways in Fl. are incrediblyconfusing. We have traveled around the world ans U.S.and never have we found such confusion of their direction of North means East, and south means west.Are we the only that feel this?We also agre not enough info.[...]lbecause after 3 hours later we only found the office..closed. And to get our room key there was this lock box with our key and package. But no onepassed this information to us..hugh.. thank god forthe emergency number, maintance gave us the directions to the actual resort.But the place was worth it, and far enough from the mouse chaos.

Eagle Management's Rent-a-Villa Disney
We stayed at the 5BR villa at 604 Montana Ave in Davenport, FL. Great location, backs up to a nature preserve. We saw the neighborhood alligator in the pond behind the villa (don't worry, the pond's not that close!) Very clean and spacious, but the bedding, furniture and decor really need some updating.

Cozy Getaway
Beautiful home with all the necessary ammenities to make us feel at home away from home. Good staff and helpful most of the time. The only draw back was the AC was broken when we arrived but fixed shortly after. And also, it was a little hectic to worry so much about the cleaning of the home on top of paying a 129.00 insurance and cleaning fee. We left the house as spotless as when we entered it, and I was slightly frustrated and curious what exactly we were paying the cleaning staff for since they leave notes everywhere to clean up after yourself. All in all, it was a beautiful home and a great stay! We will def. use them again.

When it is advertised "ONLY A FEW MINUTES FROM DISNEY WORLD" it's not exactly a few minutes. It's more like 20 minutes to get to the desired Disney parking lot. Since we were equipped with a vehicle, it wasn't a big deal to us. But would have been helpful to have exact distance when booking.
