Rent a Villa

We travelled around and went to see friends. all the hidedn fees and there were no made services at all till we left which is really stupid cause we paid for it, it was far from everything..our trip was fine but the location was horrible not as was shown on the website.

Many of the components were damaged or broken There were rules for everything They didn't even have the heating turned on when we were there "And it was 25Degrees at Night" I took a towel off the rack by the shower and the rack fell off the wall The mattress was wrapped in heavy plastic so it was like sleeping on tin Foil

We stayed at Regal Palms. The resort was nice but the property was not. Eagle Management was the property manager. The Eagle Management staff was extremely rude and confrontational. We had to call numerous times due to incorrect directions and information on their instruction sheet. (Directions and tolls were incorrect). When we mentioned that they were incorrect, they made excuses and said "I almost guarantee they are right." We had to make 2 service calls due to ants in the kitchen (had to call 3 times in 5 days) and a leak in the middle of the living room ceiling was eventually looked at but not fixed. Each time we spoke, they were rude. I requested to speak to the manager (Veronica) who was polite but certainly not professional. I would not recommend this property or Management Company to anyone wanting to have a relaxing vacation in a comfortable place. Beds were very cheap and hard, property was dirty, temperature cold down stairs, hot upstairs, towel's were stained and ripped, and furniture was substandard.

This did not live up to the ads. Pool wasn't heated, house was dirty, no cable TV and lots of threatening notes posted such as don't plug plumbing or leave anything dirty.

Horrible experience. This review is for Tuscan Villas in Davenport. Unit 741. We arrived to find a bucket of dirty diapers apparently left from the previous renter, no washcloths, and dirty dishes in the cabinet. After further inspection, we also found numerous burnt out lightbulbs, several broken items in the home such as a broken towel bar in the downstairs bathroom. It has no "bar", and one of the supports is simply TAPED to the wall with packing tape. There were two nasty, dirty, ripped stuffed animals left on one of the beds. Apparently this was some type of gift offering? I emailed the management company the night we arrived and got the nastiest, most unprofessional response I have ever received. The owner of the company, [...], had the nerve to tell me I was lying. He suggested that the dirty diapers belonged to my child. Yeah, right. First of all, she is 6 years old. She hasn't worn diapers in 4 years. So, yeah. I'm pretty sure the diapers weren't hers. He said they don't provide washcloths for hygiene reasons. WHAT? Even the cheapest hotels provide washcloths. What is unhygenic about that? Ever heard of a washing machine? The whole experience was disgusting. We prefer luxury hotels, but really wanted the convenience of our own kitchen and seperate rooms for the kids, as well as our own pool. We got privacy, but sacrificed much more. I will definitely rent another vacation home, but definitely not from this company. Buyer (renter) beware!

They advertise as a Fantastic getaway from home but it's not. And you needs to know since you all booked it also you are advertising they property. I can list many things that needs to be update and repaired. First of all the yard needed to be cut you had trash in the yard and the garbage can. the house need to be sprayed the kitchen counter was full of baby spriders and the whole house was full of dust. They have poor housekeeping also the tv wasn't showing channels had to call rent a villa afterhour service. In the master bedroom in the hot tub a frog was in it and last but not least the poor area was dirty and not safe the screen had holes and the doors would not lock. I contacted management about the complaints that day i arrive also after the trip was over know one has contacted me to yet to apologize about the problems you needs to do a follow up on that property before they book it to another family.

The house was in a great location and beautiful neighborhood. However the house needed cleaning, the pool wasn't heated and [...]a non-refundable $45 Damage Fee. The beds were horrible. Master Bed was like sleeping on a cinder Block and the other rooms were like spring boards.

The check-in is annoying because you have to call in first so they can collect fees, and then when you get to the resort you have to check in like normal and pay another fee. When we got there the room was a mess. We had to call for someone to clean. The pool was awesome. There was a fun waterslide. There was too many notices and rules all around making it seem unhospitable. The room was spacious, but I found the pictures very misleading. I had previously stayed at another resort not very far from this location, and I thought it was aesthetically nicer for the same value. If you are looking for a nice pool at your resort with a fitness, arcade, and resturant, they have it, but the room is really nothing special.

Was called a Villa - HA! Was an average looking house at best in a neighborhood full of empty foreclosures. The carpets were worn as of that in an abused rental house. The upgraded furniture as promised for an "Executive Pool House " was a crock -looked like rent to own furniture. The landscaping looked like that in a sub-par apartment complex. TV's were old, we got about 15 English speaking channels. Pool was good. House was "littered" with little laminated condescending notes and instructions.[...] I've got pictures to back it all up!
