For those who prefer a community with resort facilities instead of a pool home we have our TOWNHOMES category, these will feature a shared communal on-site swimming pool. great price and location
The photos on line made it seem like it was a free-standing home. Accomodations great, however, with the exception of all the bedroom furniture falling apart

Vacation Home Positive Experience

Best choice to make
The Villa was beautiful!!! This was a great choice for my family. We had a relaxing vacation in the mist of a crazy busy location. Being in a house instead of a resort gave us more freedom and allowed the children be children.

Plan your meal ahead of time so you don't have to think about it later. Another great thing we did was pack a lunch (meat and cheese cubes) daily for the park.

its better than a hotel
the house was huge and clean but beware bring your own toilet paper dishwashing soap, paper towels ect.... the house is clean and huge! the beds are HORRIBLE the sheets are worst than a hotels. but overall for the $ its better than staying at a regular hotel that cost the same. also BEWARE of the ridiculous $85 cleaning fee and another $40 NON Refundable for some other thing! then they give u a whole bunch of instrctions saying you cant leave this and that dirty??? i thought you were paying for the cleaning?? its ok and its more like 25 min from disney NOT 9 like they state

Janet Not so Happy with Itchy Comforters
The Good and the BAD!
We were to arrive on Sunday, was not aware we had to pre register, the email was sent at 6:30 pm Friday before we left. Office was close and took over 30 mins to get ahold of someone. Pre register emails should be sent a couple days before the actual date not a day and a half before and in the late afternoon!!!! House was wonderful the linens and comforters were old rough and itchy!!!!!!

Unbeatable location for the price
While staying in the beautiful house it was a very relaxing experience. It was laid back and loved the privacy so our group could enjoy ourselves without having to be bothered by other guests. The price was also unbeatable for the house we stayed in, it was a very affordable vacation. The only downfall I felt was the fact that we had to pay for the heater in the pool.

Fun Times Enthusiast
Spacious, good pool, too many fees
The check-in is annoying because you have to call in first so they can collect fees, and then when you get to the resort you have to check in like normal and pay another fee. When we got there the room was a mess. We had to call for someone to clean. The pool was awesome. There was a fun waterslide. There was too many notices and rules all around making it seem unhospitable. The room was spacious, but I found the pictures very misleading. I had previously stayed at another resort not very far from this location, and I thought it was aesthetically nicer for the same value. If you are looking for a nice pool at your resort with a fitness, arcade, and resturant, they have it, but the room is really nothing special.

The drive to Disney World is not very long about twenty minutes. However, getting to Universal was about thirty to forty minutes, which seems like forever and not to mention gas.

I was nice place..I had the town house. It came with 4 bedrooms and a pull out sofa. very clean. I was expecting to see a pool but thats okay.

Family Vacation
The staff was friendly and the place was beautiful. The only thing I did not like was there were a lot of hidden fees I did not appreciate not being told about ahead of time. It put a damper on my money situation.
