Disaster in Kissimmee!
My party had two rooms reserved, each with two double beds. Upon arrival, the clerk informed us that they could not provide the second room and that they would "upgrade" us to a "suite" that had two double beds and a pull-out sofa bed. I asked for a roll-away to be brought up so that we could each have a bed, and that was not a problem. To his credit, the clerk made the best out of an absolutely no-win situation, and authorized a refund of the second room (since it was now past the point when the room could normally be refunded). The "suite" was merely two adjoining rooms, minus a door between them, with beds in one room and a sofa in the other. Plumbing was bad. Beds were bad. Smell was bad. So, I was sucked in by the low price. Never again. The thing of it is, I've stayed in some Red Roof Inns that were fine - just none recently!

Although hotel is in great location (close to Disney, etc) room is outdated and needs to be upgraded. Walls are dingy, room was musty smelling, towels were rough, and bed comforters had lots of holes in them. Shuttle service did not have air conditioning.

For the money, you can't beat it. We were 20 minutes from Disney, had free breakfast (cereal, bagels, muffins), and was fairly clean. The units are pretty old so they seem dirty, but they were just in need of updating. The staff is eager to please and very helpful. Paid $35 for a room with 2 beds. Worth the money.

For the money its the best
i allways stay here,for the price its the best,pus breakfast yea it is no continental breakfast but its something in your tummy.and there good people the hotel staff.

Great location
We stayed for two nights on our Disney trip and it was so worth the value! They have a good breakfast to start your day! It's a great deal for the price!

Low class
After staying the first night getting up in the morning to no hot water no coffee and towels that looks dingy. Made a complaint . Called redroof corp. Should have paid more attention to the reviews.

To Be Expected
I'm split on this; if you can handle living a spartan existence, this place is fine. If you're going to be out most of the time and just sleeping here, w/ no reason to want a swanky, nice room, it's fine. It's budget. I like to camp and stay in hostels, so it was ok. But be warned, don't think that because you're paying more than usual that it'll be nice. Everything is just super expensive down there. 80 bucks for a cab from the airport. Yikes! Very Slow WiFi Continental Breakfast Very Limited Room was humid and smelled musty. Was very close to a WalMart and some restaurants which is quite useful. Just can't give it a three b/c there are so many nice hotels down here to compare to. Shuttle took forever, and times were inconvenient.
