Ramada Maingate West Kissimmee

...and I've had bad hotels. The room we were given was clearly for a disabled person with a walk in shower and seat inside (neither of us are remotely disabled). The shower head was so low we had to remove it to wash ourselves. There were ants all over the bathroom and the vents were filthy (you could see the dirt). Not that I would expect much from cafeteria food, but it was absolutely awful and nearly inedible. They had a pizza place that we tried to get pizza at after hours but where was the staff? Another friend stayed at a pool side room and said it was terribly loud when she was trying to get to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel needs work, starting to look run down. Bathroom wall broke and could not keep shower curtain closed. Staff not very friendly, at checkin.

This hotel was horrible. Our room had no windows at all. We felt like we were in a big closet. The people next to us ate pizza and threw it all over the hallway and it wasnt cleaned up for at least 36 hours.

Although I knew about the resort tax, I wasn't there for vacation. I don't believe it is justified. But the staff was helpful & friendly. The room was adequate for the price.

This hotel is vey nice for the price. The 1st room we had was a little old and musty smelling. My husband was in the bar and said that we had aked for a disabled access room, but we did not get one. The bartender went to the front desk and they immediately moved us to a disabled access room. This was a wonderful room. It had a King bed anda sofa bed. The bathroom was completely accessible with rails and a roll in shower. It made my stay a lot more enjoyable. The hotel has everything you could ask for.

Person working at front desk was not very kind. Extra charge $10.00, deposit $50 for each room, (I hate unexpected expense), and Deposit return takes about 10-15 days. ( Can't they just hold the credit card number? I don't understand they actually took the money from my card.) And I asked more towel in the morning, they said they will bring the towel to the room but never showed up, I have to dry up by wet towel. And the room.... I could see all the air bent was filled with the dust. And the sound of air conditioner (I guess it was air conditioner or fan)was really loud, I hardly fell a sleep. It was bad experience.

THE HOTEL WAS NOT AS CLEAN AS I EXPECTED, IT LOOKS OLD IN THE INSIDE

I arrived sat.& sun I went to Disney World with my small group from church.& Had a Wonderfull Time!& The food at the Hotel was good!

Poor. Durty feeling. When you make the reservation on [...]it will not advise you off $ 10.00 extra x night for resort fee charge at checkout. There is no resort service at all in this hotel. Something good is the location, you are close of everything.

It was to noise and the appearance of the hotel wasn't good at all. One more thing I do not understand when I check out they charge me $30 dollars more they said it was hotel fees and that's it.
