Ramada Gateway Kissimmee

The hotel was very nice and good quality for the price. Very clean and seemed like it was resently painted. Furniture is dated and no flat screen TV. My room did not receive the free Wifi which was a disappointment. When I called the front desk I was invited to come up to the lobby and connect to the internet which is not what I wanted to hear. They stated the signal did not reach all the rooms. I was glad to have my cell phone and still be able to connect to the internet from my room. But this was very disapointing. Also my room was very close to the guest laundry area and it was very noisey with people doing laundry all night. One load had shoes in the dryer and made a pounding noise for what seemed like an hour.

For the price, is a good honest hotel, clean, old mattresses, but clean. The best... the location close to Disney and the Lobby, terrace and other amenities, great.

December 26th thru January 2nd. Awesome time. Upgraded to the "suite" for an upcharge. Very well worth it. The little man had his own room as the adults. Very close to all the Orlando attractions. The staff is very friendly, the hotel grounds are beautiful. Stay away from the gift shop in the lobby !!! $2 for a $0.79 lighter and an attitude to boot. The pool area was beautiful. The laundry area needs some work. (only accepts tokens) Would recommend it to anyone and go back tomorrow if I could..

Before making reservations I always look for, among other things (e.g. bed size, distance to places of interest, etc.) availabilty of wi-fi which this hotel claimed to have but unfornately did not provide any during my time of stay. This was indeed a nuisance which ruined plans that I have made. I asked in the front desk and they said they were working on it but never fxed the problem they were supposedly having. I never received any apology from not having received a service they advertised they offered. Had I known they did not have any wi-fi at all, I would have definitely booked somewhere else. I felt lied to; they should have given me a discount. I am not renting in any Ramada again.

The motel is old and shows it. But it was clean and everything worked well. The staff were all very nice and helpful. AND they allow pets (I had 2 small dogs that always travel with me) There is a dog walk in the back corner but not many other places to walk them. Location.. location... location .. It is about 5 min. from the Disney entrance and there are many places to eat on the same route just to the west. They were in the process of cleaning the carpets which bodes well for the future. I'll use this place many times in the future. Excellent value .. you can't beat the price !

It was ok, room was no very confortable because the bathroom was with fungus and was so small, and the smell was not good ( smell like humity in the room) but the ubication is great just 5 mins from the disney parks

The hotel was clean. The location was good if you are planning to go to Orlando attractios. The price for what you get is excellent.
