Fantastic Surprise

Not bad at all!
it looks a little out of the way but it really is not bad. great value for a place with a kitchen, full bath and a built in laundry, the only things i would like to see is a wireless internet and maybe better cable. I would stay there again.

Griztwald Vacation
I thought I was ripped off, the place was dark and look deserted. Had to drive 250 yard to see the Reception and Register. Rooms are OK but dark, need a second telephone, one is almost impossible to answer. Room Cleaning was good but only twice in 2 weeks. Drier was not working but fixed immediately. All appliances look new except the coffee maker out of order.

Indeed very nice and new hotel.
We have stayed here before. Brand new furniture. Feels just like your home away from home. Very reasonable price. I have recommend lots of my friends and they all liked the hotel.

The outside of the hotel would fool you just by site. They bought the property behind a abandoned hall before you get to the hotel. But watch out...when you get inside your room it is very nice and is like your own apartment away from home. You have a full kitchen...nicely designed with all the dishes, cookware, coffeemaker, dishwasher refrigerator and stove , flat screen TV etc... that you need and nothing appears cheap in the apartment. Nice furniture, jacuzzi tub. You have the washer and dryer where you can wash your towels, extra sheets in the closets for the bed and if you need anything that you run out of such as tissue they will bring it to your room. Front desk attempts to be as helpful as they can. Not too fond of the pool but we never travel for the pool. The hotel is new and they are still working on the outside a little.

I would suggest to stock your refrigerator for food and have breakfast each morning before you head out and keep late night snacks. If you do not have a car, call Jeff or Carrie at 1-407-453-9605 who offer flat round trip ways for cheap. You can obtain their card from the gas station on the corner who knows them and recommends them to the visitors and they arrive on time. The only flaw for the hotel is that they should keep updated cards for transportation or rentals, local delivery places for food in the front office. I would also suggest to them to invest in a shuttle for their hotel to some of the theme parks too. But overall just try to have your own transportation to get to the parks. There are nice restaurants in this area as well. Try Perkins down the street, very good food.

False advertisement...
The hotel advertised that they had complimentary transportation to all theme parks [...] on their website, however there was no transportation provided at all. They also advertised that there was a DVD player in the room which there wasn't. The room was nice enough but had a poor television that made loud buzzing sounds the whole time. They also don't offer any maid service what so ever; no beds were made, no garbage taken out, nothing! Close to the parks and other food for sure but complete and total false advertisement on their part and not even sorry about the extra cost I had to pay for their inaccurate representation.

A few problems
The bed was very hard, too hard, and resulted in a fitful sleep. Furthermore, when I turned down the cover, there was a spot of dried blood on the sheet. The whirlpool tub did not work, we could only shower. When I called to see about getting it fixed, I was advised there was no one to do that. Be advised that while the inside of the suite looked very nice, the complex is only half renovated. There are gutted buildings next to it with chain link around them. Looks like they ran out of money.
