Oak Plantation Villas Resort

I have stayed here many times. I like it because it is small. I dont have to park in a lot and take everything up in an elevator. I dont have to use an elevator to go down. I dont have to drive to the pool. Everything is within seconds of my room. We are an older couple and therefore everything is close. The same goes for young families with children. The room, heated pool and Tiki Bar for beverages and food are all together. Great ,friendly place.It is not a five star but if you are missing anything or something not working, just ask. They will get it for you.

Nice place, good place to stay.

Stayed in a two bedroom condo with kitchen. Not a bad place for the money, value received! Carpets need repair and replacement, furniture needs some work, but overall not bad! Don't expect perfection for under a c-note per night...great hot tub, internet cafe.

The only problem we had was that we had requested late check in and they had give up our room. Checked us into a room that was already occupied and then checked us into room that hadn't been cleaned. The third room was good.

This place was a very nice place with the amenities. We did hear a few planes in the morning but other than that I would definitely stay here again. The Charleston room was awesome - 2 bathrooms, lanai, and full kitchen. Also the pool was to die for. I loved the fact you had a bar there as well that serves quick bites to eat. Oh yes, and breakfast to purchase if needed - good value.

WE GOT THERE EARLY, GOT US A ROOM, GOT TO ROOM BED NOT MADE UP OR THE PULL OUT BED NO LINNEN FOR EITHER BEDS NO TOWELS NO PILLOWS NO BLANKETS HAD TO CALL FRON OFFICE AN WAIT FOR HOUSEKEPING TO BRING OVER EVERY THING, OTHER THAN THE RUG WAS STAINED DRITY, SHOULD BE REPLACED. VERY DIAPPONITED WIHT [...], DO YOU PEOPLE HAVE ANY STANDER'S? AGAIN I'LL NEVER RECOMANED THE HOTEL OR [...].

Comfortable location for affordable price it had the nike clearance outlet in the not to far a couple miniput golfs in the area overall good spot would stay again not to many complaints

I have been to many hotels in my life but never have I had such a horrible experience as I have had here...first of all this hotel is Off of Orange Blossom Trail which is right by the jail...this is not a resort but a rundown apartment complext that has been turned into lodging. The rooms smelled like a musty attic, the beds were horribly uncomfortable in the showers and bathrooms mold was growing on the grout and there were disgusting brown stains on our toliet. When we first checked in the check in clerks made me stand at the counter for 45 minutes while they chatted away in Spanish, then when I asked about the shuttle to Universal (which was advertised on thier brochure) They then went on to tell me that the shuttle to the resorts only left at certain times in the moring and that they only picked up in the afternoon from the resorts (which if a bus was going back and forth to the resort (term used lightly) why could people catch a ride with the bus when it was going back to pick people up. Check out is at ten am and when we called at 9:00am to see if we could checkout at 11 the staff did a deep sigh and told us in a very stern tone what time exactly are you leaving, when I said we would be out before 11am I was then asked if I was stupid what part of exact time did I not understand. We had to strip down our own beds (which once the sheets were off looked absolutely disgusting) take out our trash, and basically do our own housekeeping or we would be fined. This was the worst experience I have ever had and the staff was absolutely horrible...also this is not Kissimmee this is the slum of Orlando I am not kidding. For 100 bucks a night stay at a Hampton Inn or something much cleaner and closer location to the parks.

We went there for Holloween Horror Nights 2009.. When we got to the room the AC was not working, we didnt have pillows or towels. No one at the front desk or house keeping will answer the phone. Had to go to the front desk to request about the AC not working, no pillows or towels so there immedately sent over a house keeping and brought us towels and pillows and a service guy fixed the AC.

We went to Holloween Horror Night at Universal Studios. We alll so visited a restaurant by the name of BJ'S Brewhouse great food. The difference with this trip was that it was very relaxing and quiet.
