the location was very good and convenient for family stay.shuttle service to and from DISNEY was a very satisfying experience with good caring and humor staff.overall week's stay was comfortable and secure in all respect.

We enjoyed the location and the lay out of the property. We spent very little time at the hotel. It offer more than we used.

Very family friendly
This stay was by far one of the best experiences I've had at a resort. The staff was A+. The room was A+. The commute to the theme parks and airport was A+. Value for the money A+. And the distance to the shopping area was A+++++. I did not want to leave. This overall was a great experience and I will definately go back.

nice place to stay
This was our first time going to Orlando. The resort was very nice. I believe that all of the rooms are actually suites. That was very nice. We had a living room, full kitchen, dining area and a bedroom. It also had a washer and dryer. I thought that was nice. I washed all of our clothes before coming home. The resort is kind of small, which I liked. The shuttle service was not good. I think that I would recommend renting a car if you plan on going to the attractions. The shuttle for Universal Studios left at 11:45, this was your only option, and then it picked you up at 7:15. You had to ride around to several hotels to pick up others, so by the time you got to the park, it was almost 1. It wasn't much time to spend at the park. Besides the shuttle service, the resort was nice and clean and I would return again.

Very family friendly
My family and I were very happy with the accommidation, ammenities and service at the facility. We were not happy that we were expected to sit through a 90 minute sales pitch.

great value for the money
The Oak Plantation was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay for a long fall weekend. The resort was easy to get to. The location was very good and easy to get to Disney and surrounding attractions. There were lots of restaurants and shopping areas within miles of the resort. The resort itself was very clean and well kept. The personnel were very helpful and friendly . I would defintely stay there again on my next visit.

Something for everyone
This resort has all the comforts of home and then some. We rented a two bedroom which was perfect for the 5 of us. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, complete kitchen (including automotic dishwasher and full size stove, oven and refrigerator)complete dining area and living room. There was no excuse to take home any dirty laundry as the washer and dryer were provided right there in the convenience of the room. Our view was overlooking the large pond with two fountains and floating flower islands with roaming peacocks and ducks. With two pools, a large hot tub and a kiddie pool area open from 8am until 1am there was no reason to not take advantage of some pool time. One of the pools is even heated so that made the evening swim really enjoyable. There is even a Tikki bar in the pool area. We will definitely book every trip to Orlando at this resort. Worth every penny and better than any hotel.

The Disney theme parks are only about 8 miles from this resort. Lots of family friendly restaurants within a mile, a mall adjacent to the resort and lots of other tourists shops and stores are around the corner on the strip.

all the comforts of home
The Oaks Plantation was very accomodatingand comfortable.With a washer and dryer, our villa was a one bedroom, with a full kitchen.What was really nice was the pools and hottub were open until 1am! That was nice after being at a park all day.The resort was at a location that was close to everything. Will definitely return to same location in the future...

24 hour super walmart that has everything, so you can also do your food shopping for the week while picking up ammenities at the same time.A ton of restaurants and indoor flea markets and other stores short driving distance.
