Oak Plantation Villas Resort

It is a nice place , big two bed room , close to the parks and stores. the only thing is that we found little roaches in the room, but they take care of them. I had a great time there!!!

For those of us on a tight budget this was a good value. The room was dated and the decor a bit tired, but it was clean and functional. The staff repeatedly went above and beyond to assist us when asked. Less than 20 minutes for the various Walt Disney World properties and Universal Studios. If you are not planning on spending much time in the room - rather, out at the parks - this is a great deal.

This well located, close to shops and supermarkets and being surrounded by many trees villas noise isolating natural surroundings to achieve the peace that every vacationer wants. Internet only need to put them in the villages.

My boyfriend and I planned a trip to Universal Studios and we took our time picking out the right hotel. We decided on Oak Plantation because of the full kitchen. The villa was so nice, it was like a little apartment. Very private, not too far away from the parks, and an awesome value. Everything seemed clean and functioning (except we did have trouble with the dish washer). Other than that, we would definitely go back!

Well first of all, the room I paid for was not the room I got. They told me there was nothing else available. The room was dirty, sheets were not cleaned. It took them two days to bring me clean towels after I asked for them. There were roaches and ants in the bathrooms...I will never stay there again or recommend to anyone.

Decent for the price. Furniture in condo needs updated. All appliances were in good condition. Had trouble getting new towels during our stay. Otherwise housekeeping services were good. This is a good place to stay if you are on a budget.

We stayed 6 Nights and 7 Days. The frist 3 nights of our vacation we had no air...after being in a park with approx. 100 degree weather returning back to our room with it to be only 82 degrees was very disappointing and took 3 technicians 3 whole days to figure out that the unit was broken and needed replacing.The dryer in the room did not work and this discovered after washing a load of towels. The garbage disposal didnt work. Not to mention the refridgerator leak the whole time and destroyed our food we bought for the week. After 3 days and different levels of management they moved us to a better room so we thought. The air worked, dryer worked the disposal worked but we had bug problems such as little ants and fleas and to top it all off the last night before we left... the air conditioner leak and wet the entire living area to the master suite... talk about a vacation ......my first vacation with my family in 13 years was a MESS..... but we had a blast at parks. We will do it again next year but just not at this resort.

exteamly poorly maintained property, don't waste your money here. staff was extreamly rude. light fixtures missing lightbulbs. Dryer didn't work. no towels provided, carpet was extreamly stained. ripped furniture. window was leaking, moldy. nasty place. would of given a rating lower than 1 if I could.

Where to begin we got there late at night the room smelled like an ash tray things were either broken leaking or clogged and they would take their time on getting to the problem if not at all. From when we first stepped into the rooms until we left. oh good luck asking for some ice .. and bring or buy bug spray you will get eaten alive..

I had read some of the previous reviews and wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel, but booked because it was in the price range I wanted and had the full kitchen I wanted. I wasn't expecting to not have a dvd player (they had a vhs player), or to have the dishwasher leaking water or not to be able to make the washer/dryer function (although when I called them about it they sent someone to check it out and it worked when he touched it, but stopped as soon as he left), and the bed was uncomfortable. The plus sides were the area felt safe, it was within a resonable distance from the parks. If they upgraded the place I would stay there again.
