Oak Plantation Villas Resort

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely go back. The resort is a beautiful getaway with swimming pools (1 warm, 1 cold) and tennis and games room. Beautiful Peacocks and other birds walking around the pond. Convenient location.

No wifi in room, pay extra for maid service but other than that 320$ well spent nice hotel, not close to Disney or sea world and no shuttle

Overall has the situation really improved. No more loud music at the pool. [...] is a great addition with her ice cream and hot dogs to the pool. The people at the front desk are very helpful and the management reacts to complains. What more you want.

My husband and I stayed here for our Orlando visit. The location is beautiful, a pond, peacocks and waterbirds wandering around, two pools. It's a good proximity to Disney World. A bit far to Universal parks. It was really nice to have the full kitchen and washer/dryer, but the dryer took forever to dry things. Plenty roomy and provided lots of fresh towels. The bed was pretty hard, but I liked the pillows. The hotel has $1 hot dogs on certain days at the poolside bar.

The stay was very comfortable and relaxing. we did encounter a clogged tub and coffee maker that did not work but the tub was repaired when reported and the coffee maker was replaced. I would recommend Oak plantation villas resort to my friends and family

You get what you pay for at this hotel. I'd definitely stay somewhere else next time if I could find something just a little more but a lot nicer. The rooms are not very nice but the pool area is nice for the kids and not a lot of people using it. I liked the fact that we had a condo because we were able to eat breakfast every morning there and made lunch to bring to Disney so we just had to buy dinner at Disney which we spent anywhere from $50-$100 for the 4 of us for dinner. The location of the hotel is not very nice and I wouldn't walk around at night in that area or anything. There are a lot of places to eat close by and a wal-mart for shopping. The shuttle to Disney only runs 2 early morning shuttles and 2 later shuttles so if you want to leave Disney earlier you can't unless you pay for a taxi. You also have to reserve the days and times for the shuttle to Disney or it'll get booked up and you'll be tough out of luck.

This isn't what one thinks of as a typical resort. It is a condo development with the normal ammenities you would expect & a few other small ones thrown in to qualify as a kind of resort. Very good value as a package deal but the villas & furnishings are definitely dated & need total refurbishing.

stayed here last year and it was "not bad", this year was terrible, reception didn't have confirmation of booking or of payment, made us wait over an hour to have rooms inspected, laundry facilities closed, in room laundry machine really sucks....ants crawling all over the rooms, carpet soaked with water leaking from air unit, ice machine didn't work, etc, etc.....we won't be back I'm sorry to say.

To start off our room was not very clean when we got there. The walls must be paper thin because we could hear everything that was going on next door! Two days after being there we had ants everywhere! The staff delivered items to us that we didn't ask for so whoever needed it didn't get it. The pool area was nice but only one pool had heat so the other one was not used. Overall not a great experience so we checked out a day early!

Resort was good and clean but the bed sheets were not clean and good. Bed King-sheets for Queen.
