A taste of Polynesia in Orlando tropical condominium complex
Acres of lush landscaping and a watery wonderland -- the Liki Tiki Lagoon -- equate gold to families in search of sun, surf and theme parks. The popular 220,000-gallon water park is a worthy attraction at the 658-condominium Liki Tiki Village when guests are planning off time from Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld. Condominiums are available in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, and allow guests to live comfortably thanks to full kitchens, washers and dryers and separate living and dining areas.
Liki Tiki Village Rooms
- One Bedroom
- One-bedroom villas feature King bed and sleeper sofa. All units offer separate living and dining areas, a balcony/patio with beautiful views of the resort, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, which features a microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. Other conveniences include air conditioning, alarm clock radio, cable TV and DVD, ceiling fans, hair dryer, in-room safe, iron/ironing board, direct dial telephone, and washer and dryer. Non-smoking.

A great place to stay
My husband and I stayed in a two bedroom unit for 5 nights. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and extremely comfortable. We spent most of our time at the resort pools which were large and every clean. The resort is conveniently located to lots of good restaurants and Orlando parks and attractions. We look forward to staying at the resort again soon.

New Jersey Family Getaway
Great central location to nearby theme parks. Hotel also provides well maintained grounds including kids water park, minature golf, pedal boats, fishing plus a new playground. Lots of adventures for young & the young @ heart. Or just sit & relax by the pool with cold drink & a good book. Nice rooms with balcony & washer & dryer. This was our 2nd visit.

Awesome price for a family suite!
We booked a one-bedroom suite for two adults and two children. It was a perfect size for us. We loved how affordable it was and not too far from Disney, although you can find closer accommodations. We booked this place based on reviews and pricing, and we were not disappointed!

Liki Tiki Village Resort - Opinion Overview -1st week in April 2013
The resort amenities were just as described and the rooms were clean and well taken care of. Overall, I would recommend this resort to family & friends. One negative was the time share meeting, which was described as soft sell, but was very hard sell. Not a very pleasant experience to go through and disappointing.

Great family spot
great place for family. I went with my wife and two kids (7,5) and it was great. Location its very close to disney. Overall will go back.

downtown disney was great. Kids love Lego store, world of disney store, and T-rex was fun for kids and myself.

Nice but .....
The condo and the entire complex were nice and clean but we was very surprised that there was no daily maid service. We didn't like that. Also, the walls are extremely thin so the talking and noise from the neighbouring was a major disturbance.
