Legacy Vacations Resorts - Orlando

The room was very clean. I must say the pools were awesome, the bar was great and the staff was very good. Parking was easy. Everything was near by.

The hotel room was very clean but the air conditoner was no good we were so hot both nights we stayed there :(

Perfect location close to he parks and shops, don't waste time looking a better deal make your reservation right now

I had to change room because of a loud boiler inside the bathroom and rude man making loud noise next door. staff had no problem switching the room. Hotel offer no breakfast at respective location of rooms I had to walk to another location to get something to eat. No onsite housekeeping I was told . no one offered clean towels the next day either ,front desk told me that the room gets clean when occupant checked in and out. the bathroom needs repairs the grout in between the tiles are dirty and it was noticeable,

The hotel was clean, and the kitchen was great. It was only a short drive to the parks, so the location was the best thing about the place!

We went to this resort on school vacation week, and the whole Disney area was mobbed. Our room was a 1 bedroom in the units across the street (their "older" units), which was recently updated with a new kitchen, and a gorgeous jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Any time we went to the pool or to the lounge to use the wifi, there was plenty of chairs available. N Poinciana Blvd is really a perfect location to stay, and its on the quieter side of Irlo Bronson Mem Highway (rt 192). only downsides: no wifi available in room. bad cellphone reception in room.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this resort. and it is close to the Walmart, Target and Factory outlet shopping mall

I reserved a room for my sister-in-law who was driving 15 hours from Tennessee to spend one day with our family before driving back home. After checking in for her and ensuring no problems would occur when she arrived in the middle of the night, I went home. Upon her arrival at 5am she was sent to her room and could not get her key to work. Management insisted this was her room and as she tried to get the key to work, an angry man came to the door and screamed at her for waking his kids up. Apparently this man had picked the lock of the shared door between the rooms and was using both rooms. Security was called and the man was odered to pay for the room and kicked out. My sister-in-law was then offered the room with it being cleaned, which she refused. Management then put her in a new room which was inferior to the one I paid for. This lengthy ordeal took 2 hours to handle and prevented her from taking a nap before our family acivities. My sister-in-law was exhausted after driving straight from TN .Then after taking a bath management informed her the bathtub was leaking and needed to be fixed. They then asked her not to use it for the next couple of hours while repairs were being made. Then when she took a bath that night she was again alerted by management that the bathtub had not been fixed properly and still could no longer be used. They offered to transfer her to another room at midnight. By this time she was exhausted and did not want to pack up and move when she had to check out the next morning. Management was uncooperative and was not sympathetic. My sister-in-law was given a free hotel stay for the next time she visits, however we will never use it. I will not ruin my vacation again by staying at this hotel despite having a free voucher.

The Resort was extremely close to all the parks. The room was very comfortable and clean. Great price!!
